starting a new journal just to cover my 1st cycle
 
stats are as follows
 
22 years old
6ft 1 
208lbs (14'12) - weighed 1st thing in a morning.
>16 month training
bodyfat 12-14% (pics to follow)
 
My cycle is as follows:
 
Test E - 500mg PW (weeks 1 - 12) Mon/Thurs
Dbols - 30mg ED (weeks 1 - 2) 40mg ED (weeks 3 - 4)
 
Possibly: Winstrol 50mg ED (weeks 8 - 14) [depending on sides & bodyfat %]
 
Peptide Useage:
 
Morning -
ghrp2 - 100mcg
mod grf 1-29 (cjc1295) - 100mcg
 
Afternoon / Post Workout -
ghrp6 - 100-200mcg
 
Night -
ghrp2 - 100mcg
mod grf 1-29 (cjc-1295) - 100mcg
 
i have been running ghrp6/2 alone since 10/01/2012 (3 x 100mcg daily)
 
PCT
Nolva run 60/40/20 - 2 weeks after last injection
 
i have had problems with gyno from puberty, so i will have letro on hand and if symptoms occur i will run nolva at 40mg before dropping to 20mg and running everyday throughout the cycle.

I am changing my routine, for the 1st time in 5-6 months (3 day full body split) to a 4 day split training each bodypart twice a week.
 
Day 1

4x Squats: 5 reps
3x Ham Work: 8 reps
3x BB or DB Row: 8 reps
2x Bicep Curls: 10 reps

Day 2

4x Bench Press: 5 reps
3x Military Press: 8 reps
3x Tricep Isolation: 8 reps
2x Ab/Calf Work: 15 reps

Day 3

4x Deadlifts: 5 reps
3x Pullups: 8 reps
3x Leg Press: 8 reps
2x Biceps Curls: 10 reps

Day 4

4x DB or Incline Press: 5 reps
3x Chest Dips: 8 reps
3x Side Lateral Raise: 8 reps
2x Ab/Calf Work: 15 reps

Day 1: On
Day 2: On
Day 3: Off
Day 4: On
Day 5: Off
Day 6: On
Day 7: Off
 
cardio and ab work will be done 1-2 times a week on top of this routine, nothing major.

weetabix
40g whey protein blend + 50g oats in milk
 
meal 2 -
4-5 boiled eggs on 3 slices of 50/50 toast with 500ml milk
 
meal 3 -
noodles + tin of tina + 500ml milk
 
meal 4 -
chicken pasta salad + 500ml milk
 
meal 5 - (home cooked meal)
protein source + veg + pint of water
 
meal 6 -
2 scoops of casein protein + 2 tablespoons of olive oil
 
i'll also snack on nuts throughout the day and drink plenty of water
 
training days
30g Xtend - intra workout
50g whey isolate + 40-50g of malto/WMS - post workout
 
Supplements - on cycle
BCAA
ZMA
cod liver oil
 
Supplements - after cycle + PCT
up BCAA dosage
creatine (5-10g daily)

i'm hoping to finish the cycle weighing 16 stone whilst also staying quite lean
i am having a deload week next week (possibly week before starting cycle)

      newbie gains are quality if you get diet right and consistent. i put on 2 stone naturally in about 9 month without too much bodyfat increase!

          i've gathered quite the opposite opinion from ghrp aslong as the saturation dose of 100mcg per shot is stuck to then there seems to be little to no side effects.
           
          i jumped on peptides 1st as i didn't want to take the plunge into AAS, i wanted to stay natural and see if i could get the physique i wanted without using AAS, i bought the ghrp2 a couple of months ago but didnt start until recently, also using ghrp6 to increase hunger, which it is very effective at doing.
           
          i'm using the peptides in hope they'll keep me lean whilst adding lbm with the AAS, i also figured they'll help maintain muscle mass on PCT, the other option was a cutting cycle in summer which wouldnt of give me too much recovery time inbetween cycles.
           
          i agree it is alot of drugs, winstrol probably won't be used and i have the opinion that the peptides are relatively side effect free so saw no problem with running these alongside and continuing the usage after the AAS cycle

            in 2 minds about running nolva throughout and continuing 6 week after cycle at 20mg everyday, or waiting for a flare up and then using it.
             
            gyno from puberty so i'm expecting a flare up, so the former seems to be the best option.
             
            ordering 10x cjc 1295 mod grf (1-29), 4-6x ghrp6 and melanotan II this weekend, also Test E has been ordered - 24ml in 1ml amps rather than 10ml vials.
             
            got 9x ghrp2 in the fridge, 100 dbols, nolva on hand.
             
            going to get some letro next week and some more nolva too.
             
            so should have everything ready to start by a week monday.
             
            only thing is i've just started working long night shifts, 4x a week. 8pm-7am, with 2x 30 minute breaks at 11pm and 3am, so i'm trying to tweak my diet and injection times around work for them 4 days.
             
            home cooked meal before work - 7ish
            a large pasta with 300mg chicken and 1 tin of tuna split into 2 meals at 11pm and 3am,
            2 bananas and a protein bar (22g protein) - 7ish
            2 scoops casien in 400ml milk + half tub of cottage cheese - 8ish
            bed
            protein shake + oats in milk - 4ish
            5 boiled eggs on toast with milk - 5ish
             
            thats pretty much what i've got, don't think its calorie dense enough though, need something quite calorie dense to add to my work meals i think
             
            just a few adjustments and i'm good to go

              start weight is 208lbs - 14'12
               
              my peptide usage for the next week is just ghrp2 3x daily (100mcg) until my cjc1295 and ghrp6 come.
               
              i'll also get photo up soon, just need to find a decent camera in the house

                  diets pretty spot on at the minute, only thing is when i'm working i struggle to get enough calories down me as my appetite isn't like when i'm at home and i must be burning a fair bit on an 11 hour shift in a factory.
                   
                  taking in close to 300g of protein i'd of said on training days, maybe 250g on non training days.
                   
                  1st week of the new routine and i'm quite liking it to be honest, except maybe training legs twice a week haha
                   
                  going to try work no more than 3x a week at my current job and look to change to a different job.
                   
                  ghrp6 may help with appetite if i jab around 200mcg before work, i'm relying on this to get even more food down me.
                   
                  calories must be close to 5,000 daily, i tend to rely on supplements quite abit (upto 300g blended oats a day), this is just down to convenience really and time saving, i'm trying to get more whole foods down me though.
                   
                  still no photo, dbols have already taken an effect to my body, so i'll upload an older photo straight after the gym which is very similar to how i was after the gym anyway, then compare to a more recent photo also after the gym in 4 week stages. i'll update weight gain on a weekend.

                      this is pretty much how i looked after a training session, weighing around 14'12. i've been around this size (after training) for the majority of 6 month, just had a few hitches where i've lost weight, due to alot of drinking, holidays, new jobs etc

                        this mornings weight is 15 stone 5lb (+7lb)
                         
                        having a long weekend has meant my diets been a little better, added a few more lbs to the scales over the weekend.
                         
                        my target for this cycle is to end up at 16 stone, so thats 16lb weight increase, people say 1lb a week is good, but i'm expecting a little more and allowance for bodyfat increase
                         
                        the peptides should hopefully keep me quite lean even at this weight and should be having abit of an impact by then (4-5 month use) and i haven't ruled out the possibility of adding T3 at 50mcg after PCT if i've gained too much fat.
                         
                        winstrol was a possibility for weeks 8-14 at 50mg ED, this really is down to how low by bodyfat is at week 8 and if i think it's worth adding, also if i have any side effects what so ever i'll bin this idea as i want as little as possible on a 1st cycle.
                         
                        the reason for so many compounds is so i don't feel the need to jump straight back on 2-3 months after PCT and i make the most of the cycle, i see the peptides as a positive thing adding to a cycle, as the sides are pretty much non existent at the doses i am/will be using, as for dbols, i should have no negative sides in the 1st 4 week of using test e anyway i would have thought so any sides i will be putting down to the dbol and will deal with accordingly, winstrol is only a possibility as this may be the harshest when it comes to side effects, so all in all i don't think this cycle is excessive at all.
                         
                        think it's only just hit me how long 3 month without alcohol is too, i'll have to have a couple of sober nights out! should all be worth it though, if somethings worth doing.. it's worth doing right

                          i've moved up the last 2 weeks now on bench press, i may even move up again next week.
                          personal best was a while ago, 110kg 3 x 6, the 4 x 5 felt much better though so my strength has shot up already. i was benching 100kg 3 x 6 a couple of week ago

                            well apart from needles, i ran out today so i'm having to goto the needle exchange clinic for some more.

                              bicep curls supersetted with hammer curls 4 x failure
                               
                              will move up on deadlifts 5kg weekly until hit a plateau, feel as i've a bit left in me yet though. pull ups, not able to add weight yet. leg press will add 10kg next week

                                    saturday morning i weigh in at 15'9 (+ 11lbs)
                                     
                                    obviously holding alot of water, still early days though, just less than 2 weeks into the course, will up the dbol from 30mg to 40mg for the next 2 weeks.
                                     
                                    started the ghrp2 - mod grf combo yesterday, with ghrp6 through the day - either 2 x 100mcg shots or 1 x 200mcg shot, mainly for the hunger benefits.
                                     
                                    i took a week off work this week and went to an interview, much more relaxed environment and no stupidly long shifts.
                                     
                                    next week i'm going to probably work 3 nights, this will make my weight gain suffer slightly, i've gained well this week though so i'll be getting as much protein down me as possible - admittedly using alot of shakes for extra cals aswell as getting as much food down me as i can stomach.
                                     
                                    i've been doing a fair few jogs and long walks this week so i'll knock that on the head next week as i can't afford to lose the calories.
