starting a new journal just to cover my 1st cycle
stats are as follows
22 years old
6ft 1
208lbs (14'12) - weighed 1st thing in a morning.
>16 month training
bodyfat 12-14% (pics to follow)
My cycle is as follows:
Test E - 500mg PW (weeks 1 - 12) Mon/Thurs
Dbols - 30mg ED (weeks 1 - 2) 40mg ED (weeks 3 - 4)
Possibly: Winstrol 50mg ED (weeks 8 - 14) [depending on sides & bodyfat %]
Peptide Useage:
Morning -
ghrp2 - 100mcg
mod grf 1-29 (cjc1295) - 100mcg
Afternoon / Post Workout -
ghrp6 - 100-200mcg
Night -
ghrp2 - 100mcg
mod grf 1-29 (cjc-1295) - 100mcg
i have been running ghrp6/2 alone since 10/01/2012 (3 x 100mcg daily)
PCT
Nolva run 60/40/20 - 2 weeks after last injection
i have had problems with gyno from puberty, so i will have letro on hand and if symptoms occur i will run nolva at 40mg before dropping to 20mg and running everyday throughout the cycle.

I am changing my routine, for the 1st time in 5-6 months (3 day full body split) to a 4 day split training each bodypart twice a week.
Day 1 4x Squats: 5 reps
3x Ham Work: 8 reps
3x BB or DB Row: 8 reps
2x Bicep Curls: 10 reps
Day 2 4x Bench Press: 5 reps
3x Military Press: 8 reps
3x Tricep Isolation: 8 reps
2x Ab/Calf Work: 15 reps
Day 3 4x Deadlifts: 5 reps
3x Pullups: 8 reps
3x Leg Press: 8 reps
2x Biceps Curls: 10 reps
Day 4 4x DB or Incline Press: 5 reps
3x Chest Dips: 8 reps
3x Side Lateral Raise: 8 reps
2x Ab/Calf Work: 15 reps

On Day 2:
On Day 3: Off
Day 4:
On Day 5: Off
Day 6:
On Day 7: Off
cardio and ab work will be done 1-2 times a week on top of this routine, nothing major.

my diet will be similar to what i'm eating now
meal 1 -
weetabix
40g whey protein blend + 50g oats in milk
meal 2 -
4-5 boiled eggs on 3 slices of 50/50 toast with 500ml milk
meal 3 -
noodles + tin of tina + 500ml milk
meal 4 -
chicken pasta salad + 500ml milk
meal 5 - (home cooked meal)
protein source + veg + pint of water
meal 6 -
2 scoops of casein protein + 2 tablespoons of olive oil
i'll also snack on nuts throughout the day and drink plenty of water
training days
30g Xtend - intra workout
50g whey isolate + 40-50g of malto/WMS - post workout
Supplements - on cycle
BCAA
ZMA
cod liver oil
Supplements - after cycle + PCT
up BCAA dosage
creatine (5-10g daily)
L glutamine (20g daily)

i plan on starting this cycle possibly a week monday
i'm hoping to finish the cycle weighing 16 stone whilst also staying quite lean
i am having a deload week next week (possibly week before starting cycle)
i will follow with pictures a few days before starting the cycle.
