      id also say to lean bulk from here....youre already ripped to shreds :p if you can maintain that level of conditioning while adding muscle i think it'll do way more for your ego than cutting further would
       
      legs should grow massively given your time resting them and in a wheelchair, so youve got that to look forward to, ha. what happened anyway? have you made a full recovery now?

        i kno i know! im crazy!!! should only be another few weeks/month tops, not that long considering the length of the SUC! im more than happy with my body now but i dont wanna do another cut before summer and be as lean as possible for sumer so wanna start my bulk as lean as literally possible, i dont think anyone can i understand my logic but there is some method in the madness! lol
         
        i dont wanna get "massive" tbh, maximum i reckon i wanna get is about 80kg of lean weight, ive always preffered the mens health type look than bigger but thats just personal preference

          my ankle ligament got torn to shreds in a reckless football tackle by 2 ppl at the same time going in hard, then the next day i kicked my crutch while attempting to move and broke AND dislocated my toe.....on my other foot.....yes my other foot lol yea ive just managed to do calf raises without much pain in the last couple months :)

            Congrats of the weight loss man.

            I'm just wondering how you managed to shift your last bit of stubborn fat around your stomach you where complaining about a we while back?
            Did you change anything up in order to get rid of it, or did it just slowly progress and get better with you current diet/training.

              cheers buddy! its still there tbh its slowly going i think but its not covering the abs luckily just looks sh!t on my gut so im gonna carry on cutting till its gone, why get to 90% when you can get to 100% :) reckon it should take 3 - 6 weeks from now to shift, gonna go really hard on the cardio from now on as i havent been doing much for the last couple weeks cos my cals are so low but im not really bothered about muscle loss that much now the SUC's over just wanna start bulking!!!
