I'd say you're doing pretty damn well mate - you may suffer in this comp from a lack of muscle mass, but you're certainly going to get very lean. Might actually be worth getting as lean as possible up until the 10 week mark (at this rate you'll be pretty damn ripped by then) and then trying to rebound for the remaining 2 weeks to fill out? Could work, or totally fail, depends on how you react lol, yes, put it in food, that's the way you're supposed to have it!

definitely have to do a proper bulk at some point, ive never had a proper chance to do one because of my bodyfat levels being very high all the time, i was quite fat just over a year ago and have been chopping and changing with cutting and bulking etc, ive been waiting to get really lean to bulk up :D

Good progress mate, especially as you didn't have a shed load of fat to lose in the first place. Would love to see fat pics of you, you strike me as someone who would struggle getting fat! Unless your meaning of fat and my meaning of fat are completely different!

Good improvement mate. What is your email I'll send you Lyle Mcdonald's books. If you find you are cutting up too fat over the next few weeks which may be the case his book, UD2 will be good for you as you can mate it catabolic, stable or anabolic. Back looking wkd on those pull up shots. Very lean infact.

Liddy Just poppin in to say excellent progress bro, keep it up! What're you goals in regards to total bf% and overall weight? cheers man! i just wanna get a lean as possible to have a good base to start lean bulking from, i mean i just never wanna get fat again tbh im sick of even a tiny bit of chub. i reckon 8-10% roughly to get down to and from my guesstimate of what my bf is i reckon i need to get down to about 68kg to acheive this. eventually wanna add a considerable amount of bulk to my legs and chest and maybe get up to a lean weight of about 80kg (roughly a low weight class bb'er and middle/light heavy weight fighter weight as this looks ideal in my mind for someone my height (6ft 1ish) i dont wanna get massive just get my lifts up and add a little bit of overall muscle. your avatar pic looks about the size/muscularity i wanna get to (no homo!) lol
