Stomach pain on Matrix whey protein

Hi,

I've started taking Matrix Whey Protein over the past week after training and at night on non training days and I've also started getting stomach cramps and pains now and then over the past week.

I thought I had a bug of some sort until tonight when I realised it only started after I have begun taking the protein.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is it just until I get used to it or should I switch to something else?

What do you mix it with mate?
I had same problem with critical mass weight gainer, when i mixed it with full fat milk. But mix it with water and i have no problems. Don't know if  that helps.

Inevitable side effect of being "on" the protein. Just make sure you've got your PCT and ancillary meds at the ready.

I use it and its all good with me mate.

How much water do you use per scoop mate? maybe your making it too thick and your body is having problems digesting it or something, hard to say.
 
Citizen Kane was kidding mate, PCT etc is too do with steroid usage.

are you lactose intolerant? i get it after drinking too much milk or off certain protein shakes

I've never had any problems with lactose before.

I've stopped taking them and will try again after one week to check if it was the shakes or maybe a coincidence.

Could be lactose issue. Try lactase with evertmy shake or buy a better quality one or an isolate.
