Tuesday 3rd June 2008 Pull: Deads 5 reps @ 60, 60, 100, 130, 130, 130 - 1 rep @ 150, 155  PB Rows 5x5 @ 65 Easy as pie. curls 2 reps with 5' bar + 30 horrible pain in my forearm so stopped and did.... 3x8 @ EZ bar + 20. Incline curls 3x8 with 12.5 DB's Good workout!! Excruciating back pumps after warm up sets on deads but subsided after work sets and was fine by rows. SD... Gaining like crazy now broke 14 stone today so have gained approx 10lbs in the first two weeks. Will up to 30mg ED for week 3.

Thursday 4th June 2008 Push: Bench 5 reps @ 70, 70, 72.5, 75, 77.5 PB Incline DB 5x5 @ 32.5's PB only 4 on fourth set slipped a bit getting them up which threw me Press 5 reps @ 42.5, 45, 47.5 3 reps @ 50 PB, tried to push press last 2reps on last 2 sets but weren't gonna happen. If I was to sum up today's workout in one word it would have to be RIDICULOUS. SD has obviously now kicked in big time. Strength was through the roof today and I felt and looked like the hulk during my workout (perhaps a slight exaggeration). Have been feeling very hot, sweaty and a bit lethargic at work though my greasy skin semms to be slightly better. Noticing a few spots coming and going but nothing extreme. Will up the dosage to 30mg ED for this last week. Weight gain so far = approx 8 - 10lbs Strength gain probably around 10 - 15% going on todays workout.

Saturday 7th June 2008 Legs: Squat 5 reps @ 50, 80, 105, 107.5, 110, 112.5 PB - 3x 110, 2x 110 Leg curl 5x5 @ 70, 70, 60, 60 60 calve machine 4x15 @ 80, 80 80, 60 roman chairs 3x10 Strength still increasing from the SD. Thought I was going to puke and faint after my fourth set of squats but after a long rest was ok. last set went to **** though and had to rack the bar after 3 but got the other 2 out after a short rest. My weight has actually dropped a couple of pounds today  must be due to the cardio in the mornings cause I feel quite big around my back and shoulders.

Monday 9th June 2008 Pull: Deads 5 reps @ 60, 100, 140, 140, 140, 1 rep @ 160 Rows 4x5 @ 70 1x10 @ 70 EZ curls 5x5 @ bar + 20, 25, 25, 25, 25 Incline DB curls 1x8 @ 12.5's 3x12 @ 7.5's Arms looked very vascular today doing curls and rows felt great, my form is really feeling solid now. May run the SD at 40mg ED for an extra week as I have had no bad sides as of yet although my deadlift workout was plagued by severe back pumps today even after warm up sets.
