Diet and training IMO, heavy heavy weights low reps (5 or less), and keep food intake around maintainance with peaks around training and troughs when more sedentary. Paul

Good suggestion meat 05, Mestanolone could be a good middle ground, as its not overly dangerous, and wont pack much if any weight on, if you don't want it to. The Strength increases from it will be modest compared to SD or M1T though. On a training note started by cliff_vtr, the best way i have found to pack on strength fast without Bodyweight is Isometrics, I've done them at the gym with the smith machine and at home with a chin up bar in varies places in a door frame, strength increases were great.

Im up 2lbs in Bodyweight in less than 2 weeks, with about an Inch off my waist, so im chuffed with that. Only side effects so far, are increased sex drive, which is only a problem if lady turns up before the gym :P and bit too much muscle hardness, as in arms getting painfully pumped just signing your name, lol.

Don't touch weights though you see. Different sport, thats why strength with no weight is so important.

i would recommend a 6 week cycle at 50 mg per day,with nolva for pct ideally.

What sort of training do you do, as mestanolone, wont increase strength any unless you are doing some sort of resistance training. As for prostate, always better to be safe than sorry if you value your health.
