Swapping yogurt to veggies left you hungry!?!!? Or less hungry?

I only purchased them from H&B as they weree on sale, shop around is my advice.

No experience with clen, so can't comment on that sorry.
My posts are all my opinion and based on current knowledge/understanding.

Hmm, strange that.
Potentially because of the fat perhaps, slowing digestion or the higher sugar content giving you a nice sugar boost... Im not sure really.
In terms of volume, the veggies should take up more space. What veggies have you been eating? QUantity?

Go for broccoli, cauliflower, green runner beans as opposed to peas and other calorie dense options.
Far more "bang for your buck"...or "food your calorie aims"

Sweetcorn/peas etc all high calorie content compared to other options.

What he said! Should feel u up a lot ore than a yogurt.

Also on the cardio try upping it a bit for the last stage of your cut, maybe 50-60 mins 6 x week, make sure u got some good tunes to keep u sane, around the 130 BPM HR should be fine, make sure your not going much harder with no carbs or u could end up burning precious muscle

How often would you suggest i wait between my weights sessions and cardio? I assume you always hit the weights first? Early morning cardio isn't really an option for me.

you wont go catabolic mate, its overhyped, overrated BS

take your shake after your cardio if you see fit

it takes months and years to build muscle, do you honestly think youre going to lose it in half an hour?

Good point that mate, cheers for the advice.

Well I've revised my diet again, the turkey I was eating had 3g of sodium per pack!!!

7:00 – 300ml LEW or Peptide Fusion + 1 EFA Capsule
9:30 – 300ml LEW or Peptide Fusion + Veggies + 1 EFA Capsule.
12:00 - 300ml LEW or Peptide Fusion, + 1 EFA Capsule.
14:30 - 300ml LEW or Peptide Fusion, Veggies, + 1 EFA Capsule.
17:00 - 300ml LEW or Peptide Fusion, Veggies, + 1 EFA Capsule.
19:30 - 300ml LEW or Peptide Fusion, Veggies, + 1 EFA Capsule
22:00 - 300ml LEW or Peptide Fusion, + 1 EFA Capsule

LEW - Liquid Egg Whites
Reflex Peptide Fusion - http://www.reflex-nutrition.com/store.php?sub=3&id=56

I know this is a very bland diet, but I'm prepared to stick to it if it gets me results. I'm just a little confused as to what carbs I should be adding before and after I train. I train at about 6pm so with my 5pm meal should I maybe have half a cup of oats instead of veggies? I have no idea what carbs I should be getting PWO as obviously I dont want to be taking on 80g dextrose at 7:30pm! Any ideas guys?

youre struggling because youre doing too much too soon. You have to realise mate progress isnt linear you dont need to do a contest style prep diet as you arent going to contest

you do not need that much protein in your diet for a start, no need for bcaa's or any of these fancy supps

let me see your training structure and cardio plan and ill do you a diet. how soon do you want to achieve it by as well

I have 2 weeks of AAS left to run mate so really want to make the most of it.

Monday - Bis, Chest, Shoulders + Cardio
Tuesday - Cardio
Wednesday - Legs + Abs
Thursday - Cardio
Friday - Tris, Back, Traps + Cardio
Saturday - Cardio + Abs
Sunday - rest

I know I'm not going into contest, but I would like to be as close to competition shape as I can.
