My course looked like this. 1-10 400mg boldenone per week 2-11 500mg test enanthate per week 9-14 50mg winstrol per day Start week 11 on monday, so 500mg of enanthate left, then may run prop up to my PCT. Usually 40mins jogging mate keeping HR below 130

do you suffer from bloat on cycle? this may be what you think is causing you to look soft when in fact you may not be at all, just an uneducated guess as for the cardio, is that on all days you do 40 mins each time? If so then on your off days up it to 60 mins and after your weights add in 30 mins of it. That should be more than enough to get the ball rolling again dont mess with your diet for now, use cardio as your tweaker IMO

Ok cheers mate thats a great help. I dont really feel bloated but I've only realised my sodium intake is far too high. Maybe whats making me look not as ripped as I should be. I'll do the cardio like you said mate.

too much sodium will make you look soft, also if you want to check my journal mate on the first page there is a link to water manipulation, try it one week before your hols and see how you look, only lasts for a day but its good if you want to take a photo at your all time best looking also if i may suggest have a high carb day on your rest day to make sure you have higher glycogen stores, make sure its low fat and keep protein at 1g per lb of BW

A small handful of mixed nuts will suffice as for how many carbs on your high day, say 350-400g as you have virtually none the whole week

had a cup of oats with each meal today, I'm so bloated its unreal. I look like im heavy with child ! Why is this? lol its called bloat mate, it will go away, try a different carb source with not as much fibre till you look "full" diet looks a little hardcore but if it works for you
