Why do you think they are so tasty? Processed foods that are rammed with salt and many other additives/preservatives. And for that reason ....... " I'm out" (dragons den)

On a healthy scale obviously disregarding the rest of your diet I.e if you only ate subway:

3/4 out of 10.

But don't fret too much asking as its a 'treat' and your general diet is balanced. Enjoying your food is the most important part.

I believe the high salt issue was with the meatball Mariana, equivalent to six bags of ready salted crisps if memory serves.

However, Google is a wonderful thing:

No amount of training can undo a bad diet.

So, plurals have apostrophes now, do they?

Yes but the bread they use is full of salt, and the chicken is processed as is the turkey etc.

It's ok saying "it's chicken though" but at the end of the day would you replace the chicken breasts in your weekly diet with say Asda smart price chicken roll? As I'm guessing subways meat quality isn't much better quality.

And yes it's better than nothing but do is say KFC, but as I said "ok as a treat"

subway would be better if you didnt have 3 people giving you a personal consultation just for a bloody roll

and if what you ordered is what you get

Would you like some lettuce - "no thanks" , and i end up with lettuce
"Any sauce" - No, and end up with sauce

When we were in newcastle on a stags 8 of us went into subway and only one person got what they orderd.
One lad asked for a meatball sub and ended up getting turkey in a roll haha, another one said he is alergic to jaelapenos and got loads on his nachos, I asked for just turkey and peppers and I got cheese, mayo and onion with my turkey......
I dont think they guy spoke much english so that probably didnt help

Its not too bad, however is all processed
The last three or four reps is what makes the muscle grow. This area of pain divides the champion from someone else who is not a champion.

Could be worse, but I'm guessing it's all VERY processed.

Some years ago after seeing the ad for their Reggae Reggae sub I gave them another chance. Well according to the advert it was packed with all the things I like - chillis, chicken, salad and a bit of sauce. The realty was a limp, damp squip with a sliver of green stuff that I think passed for lettuce. I wrote to their HQ and was sent a voucher, for another sub........gave it away to a friend and I don't even go there on a cheat.

I'd chose something a bit more real for my cheats, like pizza or KFC, at least their chicken pieces are 'real', they come straight from the bird to the fryer (their burgers are processed though!).
                The scales LIE
