Summer Cycle - before and after pics

Hi,

Just thought I’d share my last cycle experience with those who are interested.

Although I train hard year round I’d been on a few decadent holidays and had lost a lot of definition through excess pounds. I wanted to get back in shape for the summer and beyond so did the following cutting cycle:

Below are my before and after pics - 13 weeks apart…

Overall I was very pleased with the results. Energy and ability shot up although as I was pretty strictly cutting, muscle gain was limited and strength didn’t go up very much.

13 weeks a bit too long for this cycle. The last two weeks I really noticed joint pain and stiffness. Annoyingly my diet also crashed and I literally couldn’t stop myself from eating extremely high energy foods. I think my bod had just had enough by then!

Ran Proviron throughout. On PCT now, will update you with how well I keep the gains.

You seem to have made some improvements. Can I ask how many cycles you've run?

are you saying the before pic is trained or untrained? Doesnt look like its seen a gym tbh. Youve definately improved but i cant help but think you coulda done that without as many, or any, drugs. I think you may need to have an honest look at your diet and correct it. Dont get me wrong, not knocking you here in the slightest, just think i gotta be honest with you to better help you further your physique.

agree with the above, looks like it could have been done without the use of AAS. I'd understand if you put on lots of mass (and fat) and then wanted to get shreddded, but you were fairly lean pre-cut

    Good work.

From the pics I'd guess you weight about the same despite having shifted a fair bit of fat

Yep, good work mate, nice and lean now, good foundation to start a good long lean mass cycle. 12-14 weeks of that and you will be looking real good.

Are you having a laugh or what?!?

Firstly i dont mean to be a cnut but your before pics look like youve never even seen a fcuking gym. What happened to two years min before roids?

    What are your stats i.e Age Weight Height Lifts cycle history training etc;

Next i mean i dont know how many cycles youve done but it doesnt look like ANY or that youve lifted a weight before and you smack in that many AAS in one cycle?!? Ive done 5 cycles and have never found the need to go above 2 at any one time.

What if you started getting sides, how would you know which steriods were giving what? you'd be ****ed!

I dont know who planned out your cycle or training or gave you advice but i think its fuked up people like yourself are taking that many AAS.

What the **** is going on in this world, corr it makes me mad!

im no AAS expert either but i have to agree with some of the above and all of what ultra extreme and dianabolik have said!!
would be good to see ur cycle history but if that is ur first cycle, which by ur before pics it looks like it may be, then that is one heck of a cycle.. one im sure most of the experienced gear users would be proud of!!
u look good mate... but in 13 weeks i seriously believe that v good progress could have been made without the gear..
but yeah u look good mate

    good improvment on physique
don't want to detract from that, but at this stage I don't think there's any point in not just doing a sus only cycle

A muscle that's weak in isolation will be weak in integration.

Disagree, he looks like a bloke who has worked out without taking it too seriously.

Now as said he looks good with a great foundation to pack on some good muscle.

Agree, he could def have made some good solid gains without AAS though.
