Tired today and a lot of stiffness around traps and neck so didn't do bb squats instead I did (work sets only listed)

Reverse hack squats 200kg x3x5
Leg Press 460kg 11, 9, 7
Leg ext (neg accentutated) 60kg x8, 50kg x8, 45kg x8

And that was that .. legs actually felt quite full afterwards. Weighed in at 15st 10lb :)

Sometimes a nice straightforward session of a few exercises is all that's needed. Good weight gain in 1-2 weeks there mate. Do you think much is fat, or is it mostly lean?

mix of water and lean tissue as don't look fatter, still vascular thru arms and chest, can feel the water under the skin tho and feel very full, arms hav enever looked so big and full and my arms are sh1te. Think I've topped out weight wise before I really blow my condition .. so try an maintain this now and just get strong as fcuk.

Had a w/o today/tonight that plug would've been proud of before he cleaned his act up ;)

Felt a bit flat today after sundays shenanigans so just did what I felt like and this is how it panned out today:
decline bench (in the rack, strated from the chest) 120kx3 tried 125 and it didn't budge :( Dropped to 100k and did 9, 8 dropped to 60k straight away and did 9 reps all paused for 2 secs at the chest
Low cable crossover 20k 10, 9 then a few drop sets
Gironda dips 160k/ 16, 11, 9
Viking press 80k/10, 9, 7 then a drop to 40k and managed 7
Dumbell preacher 1 arm at a time 20k/ 15, 10, 8 no rest between arms/sets
Dumbell hammer curl 25k/10, 9
Seated extension 50k/15 straight into 40k/10 straight into 30k/7

All in all not too bad, delts and arms seem to be coming on well .. posterior chain tomorrow so determined to up my game :)

bigin .. not yet .. will try and get some up this week.

Re; decline .. I don't like flat bench and I did a lot of incline work in the first part of the year so I fancied a change. On my other upper body day I do incline presses with a steel log to balance things out.

very understandable, Im toying with the idea of competing one day and what you have mentioned is one of the many reasons keeping me in the middle of my decision.

Anyway .. tired again today but think this was a combo of not enough carbs, heat and a stressful day at work. Had to train in my dads garage tonight as too busy to get to the gym today. Tonights w/o:

Deadlifts 213.5k/1 215.5k/1 217.5k/1 190k/3, 1
Romanian deadlifts 130k/10, 8

All deadlifts done with no belt, no straps, no chalk and with std exercise bar which makes it much harder then with an oly bar. Pleased with these as haven't done deads from the floor in a long time.

Cable squats 80/ 4x10 30 secs between sets

Cleans 50k/5 60k/5 70k/5 80k/3 .. damn these are hard . they just suck the energy out of you

Leg curls (on old skool plate loading set up) 30k/ 15, 10, 7

1 leg leg ext 20k/21, 20 .. did these lying back flat on the bench .. found I could contract my thighs harder .. little tip from Vince Gironda

Drenched in sweat by the end but all good :)
