Supplement Stack

Hi All
I'm new on this forum,and I need help or your advice as i can see there is a lot of good posts and comments.
I'm using Phd Synergy ISo-7 all-in-one twice a day (one in the morning,one after workout or just before bed time)
Also I use No-Explode2.0 as my pre workout. Is it good combination as both of them products got creatin in it.

Thats ok mate 5g of creatine a day is all you really need but the extra wont hurt youll just lose it in the toilet dept :).
 
No explode doesnt have  a full dose in it anyway I dont think, you cant quite tell as its a prop blend but its rare for a pre workout to have 5g in either way youll be fine with that stack.
 
its a pretty expensive protein for what you get though personallyy id change to a more basic protein aftre that one and add anything I needed tahts just my opinion though theres nothing wrong with your stack.
 
 

Thanks redwing, yeah i notice toiled business =]. I got all that for £58.99 from ebay mate, its a relly good price.will probably get it again if it still on offer.But another part of me want it get USN anabolic, as I had good results on that one. Thank you anyway for your time and help!

Have a look at the bulk suppliers protein , MAXIRAW, Bulkpowders , My protein, bodybuilding warehouse just see what you think I think you can beat the price on the stack as I think you only get 2kg in iso-7 mabye worth changing in the future.
