Supplements on Epi cycle? - 29 October 2009 12:17 ( #1 )
Hi,

this is not my first epi cycle but i cant really remember what supps i was taking last time, could you please advise/comment on what i'm thinking of using  this time around.

ED:

0700    4xcaps cycle assist
            2x EFA
             Multivit
NOW tribulus 1000mg (is this necessary or better used in PCT)

1700 (pre workout)

            200mg caffeine
            5g creatine
            6g Tuarine

2000     4x cycle assist
             2x EFA
             1x Tribulus

2200     3xZMA

Plus Protein shakes throughout, i guess i'm unsure about wether trib or creatine are really required.
Thanks

Main supps needed would be 1g milk thistle and glucosamine for your joints mate.

Use creatine in pct onwards.

Thanks, am i right in thinking that trib would be pretty pointless on cycle as it helps natural test, which i assume isn't going to happen anyway???

Or have i got the wrong end of the stick?

Thanks,

Many would say trib doesnt do much, but no need to take it during cycle, take it with a creatine in pct.

No need for Blood pressure support ime.
