Sust winny cycle

Hey gnna be doing a 12 week sust cycle at 600mg a week and around week 8 adding winny at 50mg a day, for pct I have hcg 15,000iu and nolva and clomid what opinions are there for the proper pct this is my 5th cycle and have done pct up to 6 weeks before and was wondering what you guys would do and how much.

a body builder once complained to arnie im doin light weight for calves and all i get is a burn and he replied i could light a match and give you the same burn you gotta go heavy or go home !!!!!!!
