sweet potato cut into chip shapes, par boil, cover in EVOO, thyme, salt and pepper in the oven 25 mins- Lovely!

sounds nice i will have try them, i prefer to use coconut oil other than any other oil with sweet potatoe so it taste's like a treat

why par boil them? i wash mine, leave the skin on, cut into wedges, some EVOO ontop , salt, papper and paprika, 20 mins in oven and come out tasty.

I just think they turn out fluffier inside that way, leaving the skin on good then you can get that nice n crispy.. The bf doesnt par boil either x

I love these, have them all the time. To get them crisp I wack up the heat for the last 5-10mins. I find otherwise they can be a bit soggy.

Yeah they can get pretty soggy, pretty good with cheese too apparently, not tried them with cheese myself but hey ho! x

Tried these last night for the first time and I love them, washed, chopped, parika and some salt, 20 mins in the oven at about 180 and thrown onto a plate of chicken breast and mixed peppers. Bloody lovely.
