T3, Clen and Eph advice.

Hi everyone, I new to all this and need some advice. I been using t3 and eph mainly for about 6 weeks now and have lost just over 2 stone so am really happy with that as i have only just started exercising and putting some real effort into it. I use clen on and off for a few day but i don't seem to get on with it well makes me really jittery and on heat 24/7 when on it lol and can't stand it after a few hours but i know that's normal. I have been a little pill happy with the t3 last 2 weeks and popping a good 8 pills a day but havve not been getting hot so am coping lot better then i thought and been taking 1 to 2 ephs a day. The only problem i been finding is that keep having cramps in my stomach like period pains and was just wondering if any other females have found the same thing and randomly coming on when not due? Sleep have become a thing of the past. Just wondered if there was anything i could do to make myself sleep without having to cut down or stop?

The trouble is T3 is catabolic especially in females . I would taper yourself off of them very slowly over a good few weeks . give your thyroid time to kick in again .or at least cut yourself down to 25mcg. The only problem i been finding is that keep having cramps in my stomach like period pains and was just wondering if any other females have found the same thing and randomly coming on when not due? This is the reason i come off after a year and a half of being on them just stomach cramps :) Sleep have become a thing of the past. Just wondered if there was anything i could do to make myself sleep without having to cut down or stop? I could say get yourself some Valium to get to sleep but this is just masking the real problem .i think your metabolism is raging ,come off slow it down and and then start over .. Ill leave some of the other guys to chip in on T3 for aa female as im not to clued up on that side of things What doses are you running of each ? Welcome to MT :)

Not 100% what dose the clen are to be honest have 45ml on the bottom of bottle?? but take one or two of them in 24 hours if bother to. I didn't really sleep a lot before but i just don't seem to get tired then i crash for 12 hours then wake up and feel fine. Over last few week not really felt like eating so been forcing myself to eat chicken and veg and drink plenty of protein. As for t3 take 3x 25mgs in morning 2 in afternoon then 3 about midnight. I not been getting hot though. Thank you :)

Is it pharmaceutical T3 you are running ? 200mcg i would only consider running that dose with test Ill put a link it the female section maybe someone wouldn't mind popping in .

Not really up for trying anything stronger then what I'm on to be honest as I'm only doing it to lose a few stone quickly to have the confidence to go to the gym and do it the hard way. Thank for the thought though.

Thank for the thought though. I think he has said what he did because T3 (if I remember rightly) is massively catabolic(?), ie it eats muscle. This could cause your metabolism to drop, and leave you with a less than firm physique(even if skinny). From the little remember about T3 you should ramp up slowly, and taper down the same? I looked into T3 and clen many years ago so this is all from memory, so I'll stand corrected if anyone more knowledgeable tells me off!

Ah right ok thanks. Well I have started to taper off as I have joined the gym today and going to do it just with lots of effort and hard work.I just wanted some thing to give me a kick start. I been drinking plenty of protein and been on a no carb high protein diet at the same time so hopefully that will help me get where I want and if my legs look half as good as yours I'll be happy :)

T3 is way too high as stated.The most I ever go to is 6 x 25mcg ED and thats when I'm on a cycle of AAS. Plus I'm 16stone + You need to get your diet looked at and make sure and do enough cardio. Magic pills are not the answer. Congrats on your weight loss so far though.
