Okay, thanks for the input, Im trying 100grams of carbs per day tomorrow when Im on 100mcg of T3s. I will let you know.

BTW, does T3s increase vascularity? Not just the surrounding fat loss but the actual veins? Looking extremely vascular last night training

How much whight do you wish to lose?
What gear are you on?

Vascularity comes from having low BF% high BP and gear helps

, you dont grow extra vains form doing T3.

under 150g of carbs per day i just cant function,feel faint and terrible,over 200g i feel normal but a little hotter,celt,ive never run t3s during preseason,but i feel that for me it would have little to no effect on endurance,if antyhing they might be a help.

Yesterday I consumed only 100g of carbs and was taking 100mcg of T3s, I did get a little tired and a little dizzy but otherwise okay. Its strange feeling, sometimes feel like the dogs danglies, next feel a little nauseous. I did cardio and noticed I was hotter then ever! Sweat just pouring from me

I may drop the carbs a little lower tomorrow

absolutely strange! These last 2 days, on low carbs, less then 100g, and 100mcg t3s Ive been feeling on top of the world! Im energetic, dont feel tired, motivated at work, slight euphoria feeling. Only side is difficulty in going to sleep, but I find melatonin knocks me straight out.
