Do we get to read an awesome report on your trip to The O? We were thinking about you at the weekend when we were in Scotland - Tania George was there and we were saying what a lovely guy you are. So glad you've had an awesome end to the season - you deserve it

Yep, I was given an award for the best rookie of the year by the IFBB :-) that was the icing on the cake :-)

Hey guys, apologies for the lack of communication on here. I'm having a few technical issues logging in on my laptop and iPad for some unknown reason, I'm managed to log in with my phone, but as you know, it pretty crap using your phone to get around on a forum when your phone is slow!
Anyone that might be able to help me out, please feel free as I'm crap with IT.
And yes, I am inputting the correct user name and password :-)
