Has anyone got a camera your end to film it?

If you can and you can we can load it onto YouTube and embed it here.

Thank you Oasis. The improvements I intend on making are: more thickness and detail in my back, more thichkness and separation in my hams, bringing my calves up and improving the outer head of my triceps which I feel lack.

But in general THICKNESS all round :-)

I will start to update my journal tomorrow begining with shoulders! The emphasis of my shoulder workouts at present are more geared to improving my rear delts, and capping off my shoulders.

I train monday to friday training one body part everyday apart from weekends. I also train calves four days a week, I dont train them on leg days.

I had a good shoulder training session today, I felt really good.

started off with some really dumbell shoulder presses, partial reps and full reps just to get the blood in the area.

                        Warm up set 20kg x 30 reps

                        2nd warm up set 30kg x 30 reps

                        1st working set 40kg x 20 reps

                        2nd set 50kg x 15 reps

                        3rd set 60kg x 12 reps

                        4th set 65kg x 10 reps

                        2nd exercise, side laterals, 20kg x 20 reps

                        2nd set 20kg x 20 reps

                        3rd set 30kg x 10 reps

3rd exercise is a seated side lateral but I perform this with my arms completely straight and the movement starts from the back of my glute. As I bring my arms up I tilt my wrists as if pouring a cuppa!

I performed 3 sets of this for 20 reps, this exercise for me, targets from my delt to my rear delt and give me a nice separation.

Fourth exercise is a dumbell flye done on a incline bench. I perform this exercise really strict trying to keep my arms straight throughout the movement. I performed 4 sets of 20 with a 12kg dumbell.

Last execise was dumbell shrugs 4 sets of 20 with 65kg.

I also train calves four times per week, one exercise per session, so today was seated calve raises 3 sets of 30 using 60kg

                        DONE! :-)

I think my time is best served by taking this year out and building on what I already have. 2011 you will see me in a pro show and on that Olympia stage without doubt God willing.

Good move taking the year out (only saying that because I'm doing the same). Have you any plans to pop up to train/meet with Paul George again?

I will indeed be training with Paul at some point, probably within the next few weeks. I will let you know.
