Hi guys, I hope your all well. It was great meeting some of you at the expo, I really had a great time on the MT stand.
I have been out of the gym since the expo nursing a few injuries aswel as some tendonitis which has been really painful.
I made way back to the gym this week with renewed vigor and determination after having a few weeks off only to be suffering a reoccurance of the same damn injuries :-(
Nevertheless I continued to train like the trooper I am :-) When you think about it, theres not that much time before im on that stage again.
By the way Luke, I think im still the MT bench press champ with 52 reps am I not mistaken :-)
My training sessions this week were as follows:
legs
4 sets of abductors,
4 sets of leg extention to failure,with 40kg
4 set of squats, 15 reps with 3 and a half plates aside
4 sets of leg press 40 reps, 6 plates aside.
shoulders
military press, 4 sets, 12 reps
seated machine laterals, 4 sets
round the worlds, 4 sets.
4 sets of shrugs
3 sets of bent over flyes for rear delts.
Chest
4 sets of flat bench
4 sets of incline dumbell press
4 sets of flyes
4 sets of dips.
Back
4 sets of two handed dumbell rows
4 sets of pulldowns to the rear
4 sets of pull downs to the front
4 sets of close grip pulldowns to the front using the triangle.
