Taking the 202s by STORM!

Hi ladies and gents, My name is Shaun Joseph-Tavernier and I am the Lastest edition to the IFBB family.
 
I have been competing for 3 years this May and I have been training for 6 years.
 
I am now currently in my off season prep which will last for at least 12 months. I will decide sometime during the Autum which Pro show I will debut at, but not before I am 100% happy with my progress and I know I can give you guys something to look forward to.
 
This journal will document what I do on a week to week basis and you can follow right here my journey to eventually standing on that Olympia stage!
 
I hope to also add video journals on here where you can watch how I train and how I impliment techniques into my training regime.
 
I am currently at a body weight of 217 lbs at 5ft 2in and I am still less than 10% BF.
 
I have no idea or have even thought about how much I want to weight when I hit that Pro stage, I think thats irrelevant. I aim to be bigger and thicker all round. I want to bring something pleasant but freaky to the stage and something thats more than good enough to beat the best 202s in the world.

Hi AWG, Thank you! I was 86kg pre judging and for the finals I came down to 83kg

so still a good 18lbs of muscle to go before you reach the limit!!!! bloody hell
