I tried mixing it with a tspn of honey and a tspn of Skinny Cow once and it made a sweet chocolate mouse type thing.

Another one that I got off here the other day was makeral pate, it was really good on toast.

Options Hot chocolate mix which comes in loads of flavours is good or try adding some honey and raisins or nuts.

With the current hot weather I like to put mine in the freezer for a couple of hours. Probably the closest thing you can get to a high protein healthy ice cream substitute.

Takes away sour flavour and makes it taste sweet:

Add quark

Strawberry moose:
Strawberry sugar free jelly dissolved in 300ml boiling water
Add quark
Add scoop of unflavoured whey (if wanting additional protein)
Leave to set in fridge
Add oats before placing in fridge if wanting a base (like a cheese cake)

Chocolate flavoured:
Add scoop of chocolate whey or sachet of options hot chocolate

MRP:
250g quark
100g oats
100ml water
Sachet of options white chocolate
Teaspoon honey (optional)
25g peanut butter (optional)
Melt in microwave and eat with spoon

Sounds and looks abit vile but i get a tub of quark

mix in two/three table spoons of porridge oats, add a half tub of strawberry flavoured muller rice, and a handful of cashew nuts, and a handful of mixed fruit.

Have it for breakfast and is lovely, sometimes i chuck on a lil honey too. Quark is mint stuff but i am yet to find someone that can eat it on there own unless they have no tastebuds.

I often just have Quark with a bit of honey stirred into it.  About a teaspoon to half a pot. That's all.

I just put 250g of quark into a bowel tonight, quarter pint of milk and then a sashet of mint madness options.

It wasnt bad, but can anyone on here comfortably eat a full tub of quark before bed? I found it very heavy and i havnt been able to finish it. Not because of taste but because of how heavy it is on my stomach.

I have Quark 6 days a week.  I generally mix in 1 scoop of chocolate whey powder (but you can use any flavoured one you like) a handful of nuts and raisins which I finely chop up in a mini blender and mix the thing together and eat.  Comes out like a chocolate mousse with bits of nuts and raisins.

Don't forget to add a little water to make it as light or as thick as you want it to be.

I use vanilla 'Liquiflav' from Bulk Powders. It's their flavouring system for shakes and it makes quark and porridge taste very nice. Thats not quark mixed with porridge , I mean I use it on both

Like others I also mix protein powder a splash of milk and almonds  into it.

before bed and sometimes in the day with oatcakes I have 1 tub of quark, 1 scoop of unflavoured whey concentrate, crusha strawberry milkshake flavour and a small handfull of frozen fruits of the forest. mix up with a spoon don't blend and it is gorgeous. This is very nice I have to stop myself from eating too much of it.

Sorry if its already been mentioned i didnt have time to go through all the post, but i found the best way to flavour quark is to make it thinner as its very thick by adding milk and then adding straw jam, very nice.
