I'm half tempted to start a journal but I've been cutting for 8 weeks now so I'm a long way through.
So far I've just been doing low carbs, but I'm switching to no carbs to try it.
In theory I've only got 4 weeks left of my cut, as I wanted to do 12 weeks for the summer. But due to a bit of cheating (which I don't mind as it's kept me sane), the fats not coming off as quick as I'd hoped, so I think I'll extend the cut for another 4 weeks and cut during August.
I'm not carrying on past that as I want to be bulking again in Sept.
I've lost 19 lbs (taking my lightest weight as it's been up and down for the last 2 weeks due to me slacken off), in total taking the low carb and cardio appoach, so I'm getting there.
I'll also add.... I think I've got bored of previous diet and lost the commitment I had. I'd cheat only at weekends, then a mid-week cheat would slip in, then another. So I need a change of diet just to re-focus myself and become strict again.
