Terrys roughly 27 stone now but he was a hell of a lot lighter when he was playing!(I cant picture it but that what he recons)

I'll have to try and find a picture that would be worth a laugh!!! I was quite a bit under the 20st mark whilst I was playing not sure exactly what I was at the time (god I hate cardio!!!).

I was actually more a number 8/blindside flanker when I was playing.

Have to wonder how many people would turn and run the other way now lol Some powerful guys in rugby tho, look at Andrew Sheridan, plays same position I did and he's 6'4 and a near elite class powerlifter.
