Test 400 while on Nebido

Hi guys ,hope someone can give me some advice please . Ive just aquired 4 vials of Lixus test 400 and would like to know the best way to run it . Im on Nebido trt every 9 weeks so pct wont be a problem. I have done a few cycles in the past but not for a few years. Would one jab a week be sufficent or would say 2 jabs be better ? Im currently on a calorie controlled diet and for 6 weeks of the cycle I am going to run the Dave Palumbo diet . Any size and strengh I gained would be a bonus but im just really hoping to hang on to what ive got , I way about 170lbs and look pretty close to my avatar pic which was taken 5 years ago when I was 40 . 400mg per week from 1 shot will be fine. Just carry on nebido as prescribed.

As PB says if maintaining is the goal then no more than 400mg/wk would be required, takes a lot less AAS to maintain than it does to gain. Bigfella.

Should he do two half shots instead of one due to the short esters in it?!

^^^^^^^ I would disagree with above amd go for one jab per week
(new cycle started 8/2/12 10 weeker) tnt450 (300mg test deconate, 150mg tren en)2ml ew 50mg proviron ed aromasin 25mg ed pct is for quitters
