Test E , advice needed (Gyno)

myself and a friend are on 600mg Test E pw.
i'm doing great, however my friend has started getting itchly sore nipples 4 weeks in. lucky for him i have plenty tamoxifen to hand.
however due to me never getting gyno symptoms i've never had to use it for this.
should he stop now and what dosage should he take. ? 1x 60, then 10 x40 then 10 x 20?

Use 20mg a day now until they start to feel better. Do you have an AI to hand also?

If only itchy nips i go for 20mg. If itchy nips and smal lumps i go for 40mg. and drop it down to 20mg ed when everything is under control.

Shouldn't with nolva but once you have gyno it's a fooker to remove and isn't very nice on the eye
