Test E and Cardio/Fitness 18 January 2012 09:05 (permalink)
Hello Guys,
 
I was thinking about doing a low Test E cycle 8 or 10 week with maybe some Anavar thrown in.
 
How would the test affect my cardio and fitness levels?
 
I've got all the gear and PCT, what would be to best way to go in regards to anavar throw it in at the end or possible kick start?

      Current weight is 85-kg
      About 15% BF
      Been training for 3-4 years on and off but for the last year solidly.
      I've got enough test E to do a 10 week 500mg cycle, and 300 anavar-10mg tablets.
      and first cycle this would be

              500mg test e effected my cardio fitness during my bbj class quite a bit, like i had 1 lung once i got panting
              its not the actual hormone that causes problems its water retention, any water retention from any aas will effect cardio in a negative way

                for me it helped with my cardio, i seem to get very little water retention tho

                  Eq was nice for cardio. On the other hand, it helped me eat too much to counterbalance the cardio :P

                    Would 250mg a week of test with Nolvadex to avoid water retention still affect my cardio much?

                      250mg isn't much and If you are gonna do a proper cycle use the correct amount
