Test e and anavar cycle Please help :)

evening lads,
just need some help on my test e 250mg pw and anavar 80 mg ed cycle i started monday. a few mates i have spoken to think i should up the dose of test to 500mg for better gains even tho im cutting at the monent.
my stats are;
6ft 2
14% bf
15 st 8 pounds
through my diet i have calculated im taking in 342gs of protein,190gs of carbs,75gs of fat and 2720 cals. Not sure what to do because im not sure im eating enough to make the extra test worth it ? im still looking for some lean gains but really trying to get down to 10% bf
So do u think it would be worth to up my dose of test ?
any help would be really appriciated

250 test pw is probably not going to make much of a difference. I'm going to be doing my first cycle in a week time and I'll be going for 500mg weekly. But depends how you respond to test you might hold water which is not good if your aim is leaning out.

Cheers for the reply stiffman. yeah im worried about water retention so might run a AI if i start holding to much. what are u going to run for pct mate? Nolva ? I've been told Nolva will be sufficient but read that on 500mg of test its best to take HCG 500iu a week during in pct to get ur nuts back
