Test only

Hey guys,

i soon will start my first Test e cycle. Itll be 250mg e7d and the length will be between 10 and 16 weeks, i decide that while on.
Ive done an OT only cycle last summer, so ive got a little experience with gear. My PCT included Clomifen that i dont want to use again because i didnt feel that great while using it. Tamoxifen is no option because im using Sertraline (antidepressant) which uses the same enzyms as Tamoxifen.
A friend of mine said i could use Aromasin as PCT and too if some gyno is coming up.

What do you guys think about that ? What amount would you suggest to take as PCT and for Gyno ?

thanks for your quick reply. Isnt it bad to use 12,5mg aromsin thoughout the whole cycle ? As i read the problem could be that the estrogen gets too low which causes other problems.

Nolva would work, thats really sad, but im happy that i found out. Otherwise there would have been a bad present :).

I think im going to get some clomid and just try it with aromasin for PCT.

So if i got it, you would use 12.5mg aromasin ed throughout the whole cycle + 5 weeks after the last inject ? (which would be 3 weeks after Test then).
How much Clomid would be neccessary ? 50mg ed for 3 weeks ?

i'm asking purley because i started my cycle with fairly high bf and 300mg a week just wasn't quite enough for me.

but if you are fairly lean then 250mg will be ok. not amazing, but ok.

my weight is 90kg with an 15,2% BF (183cm high). Right now im doing a diet (anabolic diet of ketogenic diet) with nearly no carbs (about 20g/day). Ill get the bodyfat a little more down before i start my cycle. I think 250mg e7d is good to start with, as i recognize it isnt enough, i can get it up to 250mg e5d.

Do you also have any suggestions with respect to aromasin ?

i wouldn't have thought that you need to run aromasin on a low dose test cycle. give it a go at 250mg, you may be surprised.

you should just up the dose to 500mg every week, i dont think you will notice much at all on such a low dose

if you do run 500mg a week then just use 12.5mg or aromasin or .5mg of adex ED

im using .5mg of adex ED but for my pct i will be using 12.5mg aromasin as it helps get natural test levels back up more quickly

i really do think you would be wasting your time on 250 a week

mate of mine has just finished 10 weeks @ 300mg, he's done very well off it.

i agree that 500mg is now the minimum i'd run(of test-e/c) but some guys respond well to low doses.

at the end of the day its up to you spogi.

suppose it also depends on your gear if its dosed correctly

thanks for your answers. Well, i just want to start low dose, with 250mg e7d. When i think it isn enough, i still can get up with the dose. A friend of my is using the same dose at the moment and while in week 6 he gained around 5kg and has great strenght gains. I dont think it is necessary to begin with such a high dose.

But ari or aro isnt required with such low dose ? would it be ok to use as PCT alone ? so 250mg e7d and PCT with e.g. arimidex only ? what would be the dose than ? and what dose should i take if gyno probs occur ?
