    nice planking wushu !! i have done more than 1.10 but cant remember ,so ill have a go next week , was gonna do my vomit fetcher hill sprints today but as i did some on wed im gonna go for a 10 mile bike ride (on my **** no brakes one gear mountain bike !!)

        yeah, you'll p1ss your score mate....I thought I'd get 45 maybe but I literally had fcuk all left after 40 and just squeezed on more out with 3 secs to go (according to my misses) but I just couldn't do any more.

        Maybe next week!...gonna try the burpees this week

          ahhh mate, just noticed you have only 1 gear!!! you need to borrow a bike I reckon.

          You can't compare me going round with 27 gears on a bike that's as light as fook to you going round on a bloody Grifter LOL

          Mind you, we are competing against our own times I guess so it's ok in that respect

            Just got back from a 40 miler on the bike. Clocked the first 10 miles in 23.21. Point to point 10 miles measured by car last month. Flatish course but rough road surface.

                its a geared mountain bike neb , but i can only use the big front wheel and a couple on the back cog

                wushu - i guess its ok to do them different aslong as they are what we call a pressup - - chect to floor n back up , not sure what u have in mind , give it a whirl !!

                great stuff rich , 40 miler !! awsome, im gonna make a real effort to get a half decent bike, afterall i use it everyday

                        What i mean is if i find myself fatigued and want to hit some quick reps can i change to some triceps press ups with elbows to side

                            Ooooh 500m rowing challenge would be nice! id have to start training again for that one. last time I did it i got 1m 29s.
                            At the minute im trying to beat Integra's 28 chins but its proving rather diffuclt. I tried the Plank one last night and got an embarrassing 2.5 minutes

                              Nothing flash mate. Ideal Delta Ultegra. 10 speed double. Easton tempest 2 wheels and a set of Oval superlite clip-on tribars.

                              Deffo upgrading bikes in the next month or so and will use this for training.

                                thats making me feel all warm ...down there !!

                                just done 10 miles on my mountain bike - with a squeaky chain and 2 gears to use i notched up 38:54 , with only a couple of hold ups at lights / roundabouts , im fairly happy with that, i too am gonna get another bike if i can steal some cash from the wife !!

                                enjoyed it though !!
