      Hit the big 20 on the chinups yesterday, whaoooo! Must big up boar for this sticky, i'd have never of thought of really pushing myself to reach 20 chinups before this thread come about.

        no, i have ran sub 17 before, but that was when i was part of Mansfield harriers

        i am 18, 70kg, 5ft 7

        i desperately want to get up there for something like chins, its just my scores are sh1te!

        i'll have to try again for them in like a years time i reckon

              Plank hold 5.02 Top of the leader board

              I thought I was going to do about 3 mins. Got to 3.00 and was like well to come second I only need to hold on a little longer. 3.30 went and I was shaking like mad. Knew first place was about 4.30 so kept it on a little longer.

              Someone beat it so I can go for 6 mins

               Body Weight - 75kg
              Bench - 135kg
              Squat - 180kg
              Deadlift - 180kg

              Total - 495kg

                  Guessing I'm wrong then. I always thought marines did those sort of chins, because I saw it on a vid, training for the army. Mabie they were taining for something else.

                  So we have to do solid, clean chins then with no swinging at all?

                                isnt kipping where you use momentum to pull yourself back up on the way down?

                                  You use your hips to generate more pulling power. Not done these for ages but they are quite effective.
