I found this fitness challenge on th UK Gear website... now this really is something else! NOT for the faint hearted... [style="font-size: 13px; font-weight: bold;"]Worlds Fittest Athlete Physical Fitness Challenge Universal Title Ranking's 1. Paddy Doyle {GB} Time 18 hrs 56 mins 9 secs. Date set 16th Feb 2005. UK 2. Rob Powell {USA} Time 19 hrs 17 mins 38secs. Date set 27th Oct 2002. USA 3. Brian Hawkes {USA} Time 23 hrs 35 mins. Date set 2nd May 1999. USA 4. Steve Sokol {USA} Time 23 hrs 43 mins. Date set 6th August 1998. USA 5. Simon Longstaff {GB} Failed at 17 hrs 38secs. Date Failed Nov 2005. UK The athletes have to complete the following Physical Fitness Challengesin the fastest time. Please note that since the World Record Title wasestablished in 1998, all of the physical fitness exercises wereincreased to longer distances and repetitions. - 12 mile run
- 12 mile speed march
- 3,250 sit up crunches
- 110 mile cycle
- 20 mile cross trainer
- 2 mile swim
- Weightlifting various weights 300,000 lb "upper body only"
- 1,250 press ups
- 1,250 standing hip flexors
- 20 mile row
- 1,250 star jumps

4 min 28 for the PLANK. I don't do 2000m sprints on the Concept 2, however - I have completed 8178m in 30 mins precicesly. I put the dampener on level 10 because I need the weight to pace myself. Managed only 51 press ups in one minute :( You ppl who bust out over 60 got some badass **** going on there - much respect. I manage 13 max overhand pull ups without letting go. For the record - I'm 197.5 cm, 113kg.
