Is that best done AM unfuelled or after weights for fat loss ?
No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH - drab4

4 min 28 for the PLANK. I don't do 2000m sprints on the Concept 2, however - I have completed 8178m in 30 mins precicesly. I put the dampener on level 10 because I need the weight to pace myself. Managed only 51 press ups in one minute :( You ppl who bust out over 60 got some badass **** going on there - much respect. I manage 13 max overhand pull ups without letting go. For the record - I'm 197.5 cm, 113kg.
