Now up to 50 for the pressup challenge.

I might have a quick plank before I go to the gym tonight.
It should be nice and quiet around 6, making it less likely I will be interrupted mid-plank (which is never nice). Am starting to worry I may become obsessed with planking. I keep sneaking off for a quick plank whenever I get the opportunity. I keep wanting to find new and novel places to plank in. I worry in case I am planking too much and that people will be able to tell I am a planker as soon as they see me.

51 press ups in a minute not brilliant but havin a brief rest after about 30 seconds to pace myself

Just found a guy who actually dry humps when he push ups. Apparently he says he did like 150 or something but half way though he just looked like a chicken dry humping

Was itching to test my mettle so went down sugden centre yesterday dinnertime, (if anybody happened to see a big bald stalk legged idiot close to collapse, that was me!)
Results were as follows
19 chin ups
66 press ups (chest to floor and full extension at top)
a measly (or weasel!) 11 powercleans @ 57.5kg, but at least i had a go, must improve my technique on these, and Boar you make them look far too easy in that vid!
Will have a crack at the 2000m rower and possibly 3mile run today, depending how the row makes me feel!
Great idea this mate, good to log things down and hopefully pbs to come!
Must go, my little baby girl is swingin round my leg in a monkey type fashion.

Lol! running with child would be quite the extreme! Regarding the weasely 11, i weren't gonna post that up but thought fcuk it, at least i had a crack. I'm ashamed to say i was only interested in training upper body for years, i only began training the stalk legs late last year. Shameful i know.
I would say i'm more of a lurker than a poster on sugdenbarbell.co.uk good informative site though and its good reading for the banter.
Will try and dust the cobwebs off the racer some time soon, preferably a Sunday morning and get tear arsing down east lancs rd to bulk up the 10miler chart.

7.21 for 2000m concept2 row on level5. Have heard contradictary statements as to which level is fastest, so just took the conservative approach for level 5.
Caught my breath then straight onto treadmill for 3mile run at 19.35, don't know if treadmill runs count, i hope so after experiencing the sensation of white-hot lungs!

I went to the gym yesterday and i went onto a rowing machine, i dont know if it was a concept 2 rower thing as i thought they're all the same. But i got 7:07 on the 2000m

Just did the 3-mile run and got 23:20 add my please! Bleep test to hopefully follow sometime this week and maybe the burpees if I can find somewhere seclded to do it.
