I getcha - instead of editing the first post , copy n paste then edit so the older ones can be viewed ? yea , always good to see progression (every 3 months)

if you do the honours in the newsletter ,mabie i could either do monthly updates for the newsletter or mabie a update everytime i copy n paste the totals page ?

i'm pretty much happy to try anything , including adding or subtracting tests based on feedback etc

(also is it this thurs or next for the powerlifting update)

I'm still open to suggestions , and kerrr mate, whats a r between friends ? i'll change it mate

Yes but only do this every three months. So edit the first one as usual until 1st April, then copy that one into a post and then continue editting the first one

My best 800m swim is 8.40 short course

You do realise that 800m is a girls event though. Men do 400m and the next up is 1500m.

Best chins is 16

Best 200m rower is 7m19s

65 press ups is brilliiant

if we'd set the swim at a mile (or there abouts) we'd have less people giving it a go than we'll see over 32 lengths....16 lengths we could have done though I suppose

A few seconds under 24 mins is my pb mate which is by no means fast. And thats with the aero shaped pis* pot on my head too!

LOL, no need to be sorry matey !! although the tables are in league format in reality we are competing against ourselves as there will be such a range of ages / weights / abilities , i'm hoping to get somthing similar , mabie in the summer
