I'm 27, 191cm (6ft3) and 84.5 KG (186 lb)

One worrying thing is that there seems to be no PCT included.
I'm looking to pack on lean muscle and improve strength and endurance so I can train more frequently. As well as resistance training I spend most of my time training Krav Maga, which is basically mixed martial arts, drills, technique, cardio, bodyweight, etc.
Whats your opinions on the cycle for what I want to do? Would you change anything or recommend something different?
