Are you able to give an insight into what your off-season diet will look like?
Thankyou very much. Of course, my diet started today (not diet but new diet) and is as follows
Meal 1 80g oats, 20g granola, 20g raisins, 20g cashews, 3 scoops pro peptide, 1 banana, 125g yogurt
Meal 2 (snack) 1 pro flapjack, 1 scoop pro pep
TRAIN
Meal 3 2 sccops pro rcover, 1 scoop pro peptide
Meal 4 250g steak mince, 50g rice, cashews
Meal 5 200g chicken, 50g rice, veg, 10g olive oil, 20g cashews
Meal 6 same as above
Meal 7 5 whole eggs, 3 slices wholewheat toast
Meal 8 3 scoops pro peptide, 50g oats, 20g natural peanut butter
In night around 2-3am 1 scoop pro peptide
Thats about it mate. On NTD I just take out my pro recover so I'll have 7 meals not 8
Im roughly guessing its around 400g protein, 400g carbs, 120g fats....So around 4300 kcals daily
