Tonights training Flat BBBP 10 x bar only 5 x 60 kg 5 x 80 kg 5 x 100 kg 3 x 110 kg 1 x 115 kg 1 x 115 kg 1 x 115 kg 1 x 115 kg 1 x 115 kg 1 x 122.5 kg (PB) Tricep Dips 5 x BW + 80 lb 5 x BW + 80 lb 5 x BW + 80 lb Incline DBBP 8 x 85 lb 8 x 85 lb 8 x 85 lb A triple at 110, 5 good singles at 115 and a PB, good session.

Tonights training Deads 10 x bar only 5 x 60 kg 5 x 100 kg 5 x 140 kg 3 x 160 kg 1 x 170 kg 1 x 170 kg 1 x 170 kg 1 x 170 kg 1 x 170 kg 1 x 185 kg (f) Seated Lever Rows 8 x 40 kg 8 x 90 kg 8 x 90 kg 8 x 90 kg EZ Bar Curls 5 x 30 kg 5 x 40 kg 5 x 50 kg 5 x 50 kg 5 x 50 kg No PB on the singles but that's the first time I've been able to hold onto the bar long enough to do a triple at 160. Grip let me down on the 185 and is holding me back on deads but improving slowly.

Tonights training Seated OH Press (Smith Machine) 10 x bar only 5 x 40 kg 5 x 60 kg 2 x 70 kg 1 x 75 kg 1 x 75 kg 1 x 75 kg 1 x 75 kg 1 x 75 kg Deadlift Holds 5 x 140 kg for approx. 10 secs Power Cleans 10 x bar only 5 x 60 kg 3 x 80 kg 1 x 85 kg 1 x 85 kg 1 x 85 kg 1 x 85 kg 1 x 85 kg I've taken out the Lat Raises and put in Deadlift Holds to try to improve my grip. OH Press at 70 kg should have been a triple but failed. Holds will be moved to the end of the session from next week. All targets have been hit this week though only just.

Sunday update Weight is down 1.4 kg to 89.8 kg, a concentrated effort to drop a couple of pounds this week. 5 x 5 targets for this week: Squat 130 kg, Bench 102.5 kg, Deads 142.5 kg, Seated OH Press 65 kg, Power Cleans 75 kg
