Ditto on the benching. Are you just taking the creatine on training days? Should increase your oomph!, not that you need much help at the rate you are going at the moment.

Cheers Bill Yes mate, on training days I have 5g of creatine before and after training. Also on training days have a bowl of oatmeal about an hour before training and 50g of whey in water straight after.

Hve you tried Beta Alanine? After Creatine i'd say it was the best supplement to take, and it dosesn't taste like crap, which is a bonus.

Should have known it was too light. Felt a bit guilty so finished off the session with more pressing.

Sunday update Weight is up 0.5 kg to 91.2 kg, probably down to the creatine as diet has been good all week apart from the chinese last night and I've done 30 mins bike each day. Also, looking and feeling slightly leaner. 5 x 1 targets for this week: Squat 140 kg, Bench 115 kg, Deads 170 kg, Seated OH Press 75 kg, Power Cleans 85 kg.

No Hyper Extensions - had to go shopping. Squat PB has gone up by 17.5 kg in the first 6 weeks of this new routine, by my reckoning that means I'll be squatting 280 kg by the end of the year
