Decided to delete the pics and just post them in the shape up thread but will monitor progress (or lack of) in here.

Nice one mate. I have posted one pic in my journal eventually.

Takes a lot more balls than I thought

I wouldn't have given it a second thought back in June mate.
I've done ok for only 6 months of training but I still look like s**t and I know there's some way to go.
The MT Shape Up should help.

Tonights workout

Cardio and abs

10 mins x-trainer
10 mins rower
30 mins stationary bike
10 mins brisk walking on treadmill

4 x 30 crunches
2 x 20 DB leg raises

Good session, can't wait to hit the weights again though.

Good luck with it mate. You have done well in 6 months mate. The MT shape up should help yeah. I am not going to enter it but use my pics in my journal as a spur

Tonights workout

Shoulders and triceps

Military Press 1 x 12 bar only, 1 x 8 40 kg 1 x 5 60 kg, 4 x 8 50 kg
Seated OH Press Machine 1 x 6 60 kg, 1 x 5 60 kg
DB Lat Raises 1 x 8, 10 kg, 1 x 8 12 kg, 1 x 8 14 kg, 2 x 8 16 kg
Bent Over DB Lat Raises 1 x 8 8 kg, 1 x 8 10 kg, 1 x 8 12 kg, 2 x 8 14 kg

CGBP 1 x 8 60 kg, 5 x 8 80 kg
Skullcrushers 1 x 8 60 kg, 4 x 8 55 kg

10 mins stationary bike

Did Military Press instead of Seated OH Press but hurt like buggery on the 60 kg, should have done another warm up set
Moved on to a couple of sets of Seated OH Press, didn't feel I had done enough pressing
Couldn't get on the Tricep Pressdown so did Skullcrushers - more or less same move for me, will include from now on, felt great.

Yes mate, very much so, waking up at about 4.00 am wet through.
I'm determined this time, it won't beat me, besides it would mess up my cut

Hope your first Friday night is going well mate. The weekend is the hardest but if you find other non alcohol related things to do then it is a breeze

Ok so far mate, had a pint of diet lemonade and lots of tea up to yet.
Could easily have had a pint earlier when sat outside a bar waiting for the wife but resisted.

Well done mate. Having that pint waiting for your wife would have been pointless and looking back now you would have been well p8ssed off if you had.
