sousas english is appauling cant beleive they gave him the job, he was at a kids fun day at the local football ground a week before last and could hardly comunicate at all with out his interperator.

We had the same problem when we appointed Luigi Di Canio manager after we sacked John Gregory in January 2007.Kept us up but did not speak English and the players were not happy with that.

Sousa also likes to play Italian style negative football.Awful to watch.Was almost suicidal watching our last home game against Plymouth last season.

4 points seperating the top 10,and we have a game in hand (home to Palace),over everyone above us.

Starting to play really well now.Simpson on fire,and Buzsacky and Taarabt looking top class.

Feeling alot more confident now than after the first few games.

Let me give you a few facts about Southgate's reign as boro manager
 
1.Got us relegated from the premier league
2. Lost all our best players one after another (ie yakubu, boateng, woodgate, viduka, hasselbaink, downing, tuncay, cattermole etc)
3. Replaced them with absolute ****e (ie afonso alves, mido, mohammed shawky, marlon king, marvin emnes etc etc)
4. Blew £12m (club record fee) on Afonso Alves based on some youtube clips, we actually spent more on Alves than we received for Yakubu
5. Our average home attendances dropped by almost 10,000 per game.
6. Sold our best young player Lee Cattermole for £3 million despite a massive appeal from all the fans to keep him only for his value to double within 1 year
7. We actually finished the LOWEST scoring side in all european leagues last season
8. Left the club in financial ruin due to the relegation, dwindling attendances, selling our best players on the cheap and paying over the odds for inadedquate replacements.
 
 
And when he inherited the job from Steve Mclaren we were a established premier league side fresh off a uefa cup final visit with a talented squad full of experience and good young players with a healthy attendance every week.
 
Now look at us, getting 15,000 supporters in on a tuesday night to watch us play Derby in the Championship.
 
I have been a season ticket holder since i was 8 years old, that's 14 years, the Boro team under Southgate was by far the WORST i have ever seen and some of the players he brought in were not fit to wear our shirt
 
 
Every boro fan i know is ecstatic he has been sacked, we still love him for guiding us to our first trophy as a player and he is a popular man on tessside but quite frankly a rubbish inexperienced manager who should of went a long time ago and we would still be in the premier league.
 
so i ask you, where's the "absolute joke?"

Change the peoples names in that piece and that could describe a lot of clubs outside the top four. Without money you have to sell.

The change has come at a bad time I think that is all. Time will tell

I think Davids would be more of a Mandaric idea than Pearson's, kind of like when Mandaric told Hasslebaink he could sign without asking the then manager, Holloway, if he wanted him. Hasslebaink and Ollie had a big row at the training ground when Ollie said 'no thanks'.

We've got a solid central midfield pairing in Wellens & Oakley anyway with Andy King able to cover there and Clemence coming back from injury. Don't want the boat rocking.

Well we were top of the league until those geordie c.unts scored a late goal haha. So glad to put one over the dirty Sheffield Utd team. Hate the feckers.

Galenkia, QPR look immense going forward at the moment mate. That Tarratt guy or however you spell it looks quality.
