thinking about getting it on blu-ray but i havent seen it , and dont know if its any good.

          No, it's not "scary." In many senses it is similar to Pan's Labyrinth. It's set during the Spanish Civil War. However, the fantasy element of PL is replaced by a more traditional ghost story.
