Sorry guys, lost my post notification on this thread for some reason. I'll get a few pics up but if im honest I've tried to keep it clean but struggled a bit through cravings after the SUC and other un-related personal things.

Either way the cardio and cutting starts from Monday and im going to have to hit it super hard to get my finishing date of 10 July 2011!!!

Since the pics on Monday (90.3kg) I've wasted 3hours doing cardio (6x 30min sets) im hungry, tired and grumpy but on the plus side my lifts havent been effected... Thanks to Jack3d! And yet again I start over... working 70 hour weeks mean im lucky if I get to train more than twice a week :(

Really hope I dont get nagged this time about dieting as the "ooo have some diet soup with me".... FFS how many times do I have to say its a HIGH protein fcking diet....

Reading back through my recent posts there is quite a reoccuring theme of "first day"... sadly due to work and personal things my training has had to suffer... been months since I completed a full week of training...

Mood: Sad
Motivation: High!

Maybe the Jan SUC will be a good kick start to a new year with new goals and aims? Who knows :)

Thats week 1 diet out of the way... far from perfect but an overall deficit so wont complain!!
