I was tempted to keep on bulking but I am putting on fat which is going to make my next cut harder to get leaner. I was going to do 10 week cut, 6 week bulk untill I'm ripped and then look at doing a longer bulk as I know where I was going wrong in the past 2. No offence taken at all mate, currently my lats exercies are combined with Tri's and I do the following - Lat Pull Down (Wide Grip) - 10x 96lbs, 10x96lbs, 10x120lbs, 10x144lbs, 4x168lbs Reverse Hammer - 10x90lbs, 10x90lbs, 10x160lbs, 6x210lbs Seated Row - 10x40kg, 10x40kg, 10x50kg, 10x55kg TBar Row - 10x45lbs, 10x45lbs, 10x85lbs, 10x105lbs

Haha nice, at least you can do something productive at work unlike me as I am starting to fade. By my calculations I need approx 3700cal to maintain (1hr SSCV, 1hr weights, 20min brisk walk every day) and am running around the 2000cal mark. 16mg/200mg/75mg ECA before the am cardio helps get through it. Didnt do any PM cardio last night as I did legs, just didnt have it in me!! Will need to make up for it tonight! 30mins at least, though my knees are starting to get sore, might need to up my oils?

Maybe its psychological but I can see a difference from when I started... never since I started training have I seen a difference in 5 days. Maybe its all the unfueled SSCV I've been doing (1hr each morning compared to the 30mins odd I did for the shapeup) and then some after my weights in the evening. Either way I must admit im surprised

Aye Mondays training was terrible, didnt even bench... last night didnt even attempt the 900lbs struggled to get 720 up on the 1st set... self inflicted! 2hours of cardio done since monday so need to pick up the pace and get some done after my weight sessions (30mins min) and fit in the missed 1hr from Monday... Is it just running you do or do you mix it up?

Down to 79.8kg today waist and hips are down 3cm and chest is up 0.5!!! Cant quite work that one out but im not complaining. Nobody on bench today to spot so only managed 45lbs a side Mood is good, the sun is out and its all good... and no im not drunk for a change!!!

Just bumped the ECA up today to 32/200/75 different tablets from my previous posts. Sets see what this works out like as I wasnt feeling much during cardio last week, still yawning 1hr after taking and cycling for 30mins... maybe a good night sleep will aid with this too!

Right 3 weeks on Monday till im on holiday, I'm thinking of switching to Keto for the last 3, that'll help lose a fair bit of the bloat! All that cardio and no carbs will be tough!! On the plus side even though im on a restrictive cal I managed to up my pretty much every Chest / Bi exercise last night!! Pretty happy overall.

Na im not bothered about my weight at all... I just want to get down to a low enough bf% for visible abs, which means losing the rest of the fat round my stomach... If I can pinch it between my fingers its too much!! The benefit of doing another keto diet for 3 weeks will show me whats water and whats fat at lot easier than a diet with carbs (for me at least)

Getting there slowly but surely, was going to post pics but will wait a week and take them right before I go on hols. Getting up at 6.00 and taking my ECA starting cardio by 6.30 seems to be the best, that way the stack has started to kick in and getting through the hour isnt a struggle!! Been taking ZMA the odd time before bed, taken at 10.30 and then off to bed for 11.00 I was waking up at 4.00 alert and ready to get up, forcing myself back to sleep means that waking up 2 hours later im sleepy and still tired. Next time I take it I will give myself 5 hours sleep and see how it goes. Diet yesterday wasnt great, lunch was a disaster (inedible) and dinner was just boiled eggs so struggled in the gym last night, just shows how much I need food even though I can get by without it as I wasnt overly hungry yesterday!!
