There was one at the end of last summer, then this one - so chances are there will be another before the year is out.

When this SUC is all done I will announce a date for the next one.  We hope to run two a year if it remains popular, (and I don't loose the plot sorting it all out )

Will this take into account your mental state when you start though ?

My progess in SUC2010#1 has frankly not been very good so i've got a change of attack plan for the rest of the year, including any other SUC that may come along.

The final week
Is it just me or has that gone really, really fast?

The last few weeks have positively disappeared, the start seemed a lot slower...

I've got a mental list of things that I should of done - all too few are ticked

What's the deal with the final shots - do you stick them together for the comparison side of things??

Has gone pretty quick but everything in my life has the past 3-6 months anyway.

Tony, I would presume it is in your interest to put the photos together for direct comparison to give you the best chance!

Photos already submitted, quake with fear!!

29th is when pics need to be taken by, up by the 4th

so there would definitely NEED to be some form of proof that he pics were taken on the 29th then.

im looking to finish on the 28th, with a carb up during the saturday. sundays my feed me day.

Or, buy a newspaper on the 29th, and then take them and upload them on the 4th

Doing longer hours at work 12-14 plus travel so im only going to the gym twice a week and the boxing for cardio has gone out the window,bad timing really,but hey no excuses just stick to the plan

As I have said before, we allow a few days for people to post the photos up!
If I said you have to take the photos on the 29th and post them up the same day, people would complain as not everyone has 24hr access to the internet.

The end of the 12 week shape-up is Monday 29th, I'm sure you will all be honest and take the photos when they should be taken.  The sooner the photos are posted or emailed to me the better as I can work on the voting polls!  The 4th is the latest deadline, not the day to put them up!

If you want to do comparison shots at the beginning of your thread then please do.  Otherwise I will put it all together as comparisons for the members to vote!

Eeeeek I'm getting nervous now!  I will take my photos on the right day, but I'm thinking of hanging on to them so as to maximise the anticipation!

im going to be childish and say i actually dont care anymore...lol 1mr can you take that comparrison pic out my thread please bud. Will put some up on the clsing day, recon i can eat a bit more before then.
