Have started this now as I know some of you are thinking about entering.  You have 4 weeks to decide and get photos done.

So are you entering Hazel? I PM'ed James and he said he was more than happy to make an exception this time round and let the organiser enter. However you wont be able to win anything.

Can't wait to start- half tempted to let it slip over next 3 weeks to make it look even more impressive!

Yeah im in, up for a real good bulk, i have all things in place i think...really looking forward to the challenge...

what are you doing about all the old threads from the previous shape-up?

are you going to make a sub-forum to stick them all together?

4 weeks! Holy ****e!

It's dawning on me rapidly that it really isn't long before i've promised myself 10 x 45minute cardio sessions a week and regimented diet.

I'm really aiming high this time - some of the fat shifting from around my shoulders and traps has been commented on and now i'm chemically altered it's probably been the first compliments i can remember actually sinking in.

Watch out MT i'll probably be even more ratty than normal if i control the food intake and up the cardio. I might need to get a punchbag in the shedgym to unleash

So as this is going to be the first time I've entered this am I right in thinking that all you need to do to enter is start a shape up journal in the shape up competition section?

Yes, you need to post up the before and after photos with evidence of the date they were taken.  The deadlines are in the top sticky.  If you have a look at the threads from the last shape-up to give you an idea.  Add some info, weight, height, goals, etc.  Any trouble uploading photos you can email them to me and I will post them in your thread for you.

I will lock the old threads so no one can post in them and they will drop off the pages as new topics are posted.  That way no one will read your old shape-up journal.
