PCT is done and dusted mate as of mid december. Trainings beenn fine apart from being away from home alot and training in a hotel gym. Kept size and weight, and most strength (still benching 2*130kg). So not bad.

Done chest/tris and back/bi's in the hotel gym this week using various machines and supersetting. BAck home tonight and done legs, now bearing in mind it took 8 days to recover from legs last time this was a daunting task..-

Squats - 8*100, 6*140, 3*160, 1*170, 6*100
Leg press - 5 sets of 8 pyramiding up 2 8*260kg
calf raises - 4 sets of 10 at 260kg

Also been running in the moring again at the hotel but still seem to have got fatter due to the eating up there lol.. oh well ,... I'll never win at this game.

In for shoulders tonight, tried to run but after 6 minutes last nights leg workout kicked right in.

Military press - 10*40, 8*60, 3*70, 3*70kg, 6*60kg
Behind neck press - 8*40, 6*40,6*40, 8*40
upright rows - 8*40, 8*60, 8*70, 8*70kg
BB shrugs - 8*100kg, 8*140, 7*160, 5*160kg.

...and then the aforementioned 6 minute run lol.

Well Im working up north again, for the last time (this job anyway). Ive spotted what looks like a hardcore gym walking distance from where I am righ tnow so I think Im going to try to get in there tonight seeings as Ive not done proper BB benching for 2 weeks now.

PMSL I just googled it, "busters strength gym" and the only response about it is my post on it 2 weeks ago.

^6 lol but the itch is there and needs scratched shortly. The thin gis thats my bacne only just calming down from the last stint.. but fukc it I wear tops anyway.

Anyway I didnt get into the hardcore gym seeigns as its like PAGAN's and you need a key to get in, as Im onlyhere for 2 nights I didnt see the point and went backto the hotel gym for more heavy machine style workouts. Im scared by bb bench is going to drop rapidly doing this but tbh its probably doing me good because I very rarely change my chest workout (any workout..).

Yes I forgot to mention they do make you look silly , but I find they work my bi's better than anything else

Ever thought of trying short cycles , I would imagine that they help you to focus on diet etc at least while your on and stop you getting 'bored' and losing site of the short term goals. Just a thought as it something I might try come summer

scrapped shoulders today in favour of the pub in an attempt to ease the pain that 300kg leg presses have left me in.

Gutted, .. My forced experiment on training in a different gym (the hotel's) and not benching at all for over 3 weeks has proved fruitless. In fact I have went into a negative result with the worst chest session I have had in over a year. Both benching movements were seriously down none moreso than the flat bench. Read on and feel my pain.

This better get back up rapidy, Im even considering using creatine again and the order for protien powders is in. Im not jumping back on the gear until I can prove thatI can lift alot more than this without it.

Flat Bench - 8*100kg, 2*120, 3*120, 2*120, 7*100, 5*100
Incline - 6*60kg, 6*80, 5*90, 1*100
Dips - 4 sets at BW - 15, 12, 9, 7
Tri pulls - 8*70kg, 3 sets of 7-8 at 81kg
tri push - 4 sets of 5-8 at 81kg

20 minutes on the treadmill running and walking.. and crying.

I know, I've done something to my shoulder so going to have to lay off the training for a few days to see the state of the damage I have wrought with my hardcore training.

Nice bit of fanny came in after you went plug.

Blonde skinny thing, tiny whiute tight t shirt on and ample bosoms which were protruding as she done shoulder presses.

Benching again, and considering I was drinking all day yesterday from 11am onwards it wasnt too bad. Marked improvement on last weeks so its looking up. I'll stay gear free for a little bit longer me thinks. Also got a protien shaker and had a PWO shake directly after my lifting for the first time ever. This will of course make me huge in days.

Flat Bench - 8*100kg, 4*120, 3*120, 3*120, 6*100, 5*100
incline- 6*60, 6*80, 6*90, 5*90
Dips - BW+10kg. 12, 9, 6, 4
cable crossovers - 4 sets of 6 at 35kg per side
tri pulls - 4 sets of 8 at 81
tri push - "" ""

Cheers Pagan, Im hoping its going tobe back up to 120*6 in the next couple of weeks. Im holding off on the gear and considering paying the doctor for a full checkup on my blood, just scared of what I may be told.

Deads - 6*100kg, 6*140, 4*170, 2*190 (on the way back up again)
Rows - 8*60, 8*70, 6*80, 4*85
Wide pulls - 8*85, 5*95, 3*100, 3*100
Close pulls - 4 sets of 4 at 90kg
ninja curls ( love that name.. cheers pagan) - 3 sets using 12.5kg
cable curls - 4 sets at 70kg decreasing from an initial 9 reps.

25 minutes on the treadmill... most ever, alot of walking involved but hey..

Best tips would be to hang back for a bit ( I didnt) and prepare yourslef for using needles, nothing wrong with oral cycles but if your local Im guessing you drink. Where do you train in motherwell.

cheers for the coments pal.
