I wasd supposed to train on monday but couldnt be arséd after Sundays session. I am still rough this morning.

Feeling worse cause I managed to spend 300 quid over the 2 days.

I am off the drink and other stuff for the next month anyway, its totally pointless.

Hi mate.
I Train In Wishaw Sports centre. And i do like a couple of beers now and then.
But have cut my drinking down a good bit.

I think i would give the injections a go. would just have to read up a bit about it.

I also think im going to start to train heavy weights and see if that helps my gains.

So did you hit the swally at the weekend for the footbal?l

^^ At least I know what i am and dont hide it anymore or kid myself.. I might not like it but hey.. I do at the time.

Big Giannie - Mate in my opinion the heavier the better, I dont see the point in it otherwise. At least make sure you do a few reps at it and drop back to a lower weight at the end to push up the reps.. (thats what I do but I doubt its an actual training method).

Chest and tri's-

Flat Bench - 100*6, 120*4, 130*1, 100*6, 100*5
Incline - 30*6, 60*6, 80*6, 90*4, 100*2
Dips - BW+10kg, 9, 7, 6, 4... poor
Tri Pulls - 4 sets of 6-8 at 85kg
Tri Push - 4 sets of 6-8 at 85kg

another 20 minutes on the runner (obviously walking a bit though)

Lol, Im off cycle at the moment mate and my cardio is better than ever so I might take some pics soon. Im also thinking of going back on soon. as well though...

I terms of strength kept its quite depressing really, I find that as long as you keep your eating and trainiing up you tend to most on to the strength for a numbder of weeks after PCT, but as soon as something happens outwith your control for example that stops you getting to the gym for a week (or forces you to train in a hotel for 3 weeks) it drops quickly. 2 weeks in spain kills it completely. Dont get me wrong its a constant progression and I dont think for 1 second that I would have ever benched 130 for 2 while off without ever have being on in the first place. Its just a question of knowing that it is going to drop quite dramatically. I think realistically I could push 135 or 137 for 1 at the moment without spending too much time warming up and the most Ive benched while on is 147.5.

Please tell me your not benching 140*6 or Im going to be sick. You do look extra chunky in your sitting at the 'puter avatar on the otherside.

Im off to check your journal for current benching.......

No mate this time I am serious.

I am spending ever spare penny I have on ching these days. I used to go out and spend £400 on jackets and £200 trainers regularly, last week I was hesitating about spending £75 on a pair of trainers, yet I can blow £300 a weekend up my nose? my prorities are fúcked up.

I was on a total downer yesterday, feel better today but I am going to rememeber how I felt. I wont touch it again now for about 2 months.

Back and bis, went for 1 rep max at deads and was pleasantly surprised but it was in no way a smooth lift, still locked out though.

Deads - 110kg*2, 150*2, 170*2, 190*1, 200*1, 210*1
Rows - 8*50, 8*60, 8*70 7*80, 4*90
Wide Pulls - 85*8, 95*6, 100*4, 100*3
Close Pulls - 4 sets of between 4 and 6 at 90kg
ninja curls - 3 sets of 6 at 12.5kg
cable curls - 4 sets decreasing from 8 at 70kg.

25 minutes on the runner as well

No you wouldnt, I must be doing them wrong coz I look like a twat. I'll keep at them for a while though.

But thats stil sickenning benching on your first cycle.. I put it down to your healthy lifestyle and my opposite life style... and your shorter so it obviously easier for you..

Cycle sounds fair enough, .. Id run the dbol for 5 but I dont touch orals. You shuld probably wait for a while... not that I did but I used silly little doses and didnt eat right so there was little point. This next cycle will be the first one thats going for what Id call a decent dose..

Cheers Baywatch, I think thats a minimum at the moment, Im going toprague fr a lads weekend in the first weekend of march but at the moment my cardio is impressing me and I think I might even lose a bit more gut so if I go on that will stop. If I look at test I get shin splints instantly, hurts to walk 50 yards.

AWESOME CARDIO DAY (for me anyway)

Legs Day, yes I made it into the gym on a Friday well done plug, pat on the back. And ran after it for 35 minutes .. well walked and ran and walked and ran but the calories burnt read over 300k. Never before been done by the plugster, never underestimate the power of 3 eph, 2 caffine tabs and a well filled mp3 player!

Squats - 6*100kg, 6*140, 5*140, 4*140, 6*100
Hamstring curls - 4 sets of 8 at 55kg
thigh raises - 4 sets of 8 at 100 kg

Then the running, still sweating now......

^^ pished up fool.

Anyway Chest and tris again and a particularly good session, went for one rep max on the bench and got my best ever "unnasisted" bench ever ever ever. ever. Well pleased. Only managed 20 odd minutes in the runner and most was walking but I think I may have been overdoinf the running as my legs were hurting like fukc.

Flat Bench - 100*2, 120*1, 130*1, 135*1(failed), 135*1(passed), 4*110, 4*110, 4*110
Incline Bench - 60*6, 80*6, 100*1, 85*6
Weighted Dips - BW+10kg *6. *6, *5, *5
Tri Push -4 sets of 6 at 85kg
Tri Pull - 4 sets of 5 at 85

I dont know if I mentoned Ive beet taking creating at 4 times the recommended dose (20g per day) And I dont know if this has anything to do with it, its never helped much in the past but who knows......

Diets alright I think. Not brilliant but certainly involving alot more protien than in the last 3 months and at leats 4 decent meals throughout the day plus 2 shakes. Still got the odd bk in there but just the burger ming (XL double whopper) no chips and I supply my own water lol. I definately feel like over the last month my diets improved tenfold (ish).
