Nice one Tyrob, I used var years ago when I first started training (bad I know) but only ran it at 30mg ed and I only had 100. This time Ive got 1000 15mg ones lol so its going to be at least 60mg ED.

You will like the var.. Many say its useless, thats becuse they only use about 30mg ED. 60-75mg ED for 10 weeks and you will be very pleased

Have to admit that I wasnt impressed at all with te dbol, fair enough I only ran it for 2 weeks but I thought it was fast acting and something would have happened, I think the arimidex stopped any water and therefor stopped any of dbols "gains". I also thought the NPP would have kicked in but Ive seen little evidence of this either but this morning I felt the rumblings of the sust kicking in so fingers crossed here goes.

Ive also, as usual under ordered with tthe NPP because I upped the dose to 120mg EOD Im going to run out at the end of week 4 which is a pain so I may try and get another 10ml of it to tide me over.. and more sust to run this right up to the day I leave on holiday.

Right, stop the press its all kicking off as of today, strength up on all excercises and Im looking forward to the next month or so now. It was chest and tris today so here it is

Flat Bench - 8*100kg, 8*110kg, 4*120kg, 1*130kg
incline close grip - 8*30kg, 8*40kg, 6*60kg, 4*60kg
Pec dek - 4 sets of 8 at 65kg
tricep push down - 8*80kg, 8*90kg, 8*90kg
tricep pull down - 12*70kg, 8*80kg, 8*92kg, 6*92kg
overhead tricep pull down - 8*70kg, 8*80kg, 6*80kg, 3*80kg (died a bit on this)
did about 10 minutes on the treadmill but the fukcers kept breaking down on me, took me 3 treadmills to get 10 minutes.. and I dont want any fat ba5tard comments on that note.

mate you may be better off focussing on close grip benches and dips rather than pushdowns etc.

Are you using IP anavar?

Plug thats only 2 exercises focussing chest and 4 for tris, you gotta alter that a bit mate.

Maybe add in some flyes/cables and some incline work also.

For tris you should be looking at max of 6-9 sets.
Weighted dips, skullcrushers and close grip. That would obliterate the triceps.

Quality over quantity old boy.

Boys if my my shoulder wasnt still fukced up from injury my chest workout would look a hell of a lot different, at the moment I can only do so much, cant dip, cant incline press, cant do flys, the list goes on. Hope that answers your questions, also Im relying on getting secodary movents on my chest from alot of the tricep work.

deadlift - 8*100kg, 8*120kg, 6*140kg, 6*170kg (strapped)
bench pull - 8*40kg, 6*80kg, 4*85kg, 4*85kg

in front neck pull downs - 4 sets of 6 - 8 at 80kg
hammer curls- 4 sets of 6 at 27.5kg
75 sit ups

Didnt do as much as I could have today as the heat in the gym is unbearable, no air coditioning in the free weights unlike the fitness gym that I pay for with the same money as my free weights. fukcers. Also dont think the cycle is helping my heat tolerance one little bit.

Chest today and I thought after everyones comment Id better ease myself back into incline benching, so dont laugh at the weights. Strength still increasing well but back pain and sh1t getting a little harder to handle, standing up at work .. trying to run lol.

Flat bench - 8*100kg, 8*110kg, 6*120kg, 1*130kg, 8*100kg
Incline bench - 8*30kg(snigger), 8*40kg, 8*50kg, 8*50kg
Pec dek - 3 sets of 65kg 6 to 8 reps
tri push downs - 8*80kg, 8*90kg, 4*100kg
tri pull downs - 8*70kg, 8*92kg, 8*92kg, 8*92kg
overhead tricep pull down - 8*70kg, 6*85kg... gave up, shattered.
Again tried to run, managed to walk and run alternately for all of 7.5 minutes.. feel the burn lol.

plug...what is your cycle as of now... I am confused?

how do you personally compare NNP to any experiances you've had with Deca? Tren? Eq?

I am gonna go for Enanth and NNP 500mg and 400mg you think that sounds OK? (not yet but soon)

A muscle that's weak in isolation will be weak in integration.

Warden - Im not holding any water at all tbh but remember Im running arimidex eod as well. It seemed to take about 2 weeks to kick in and the strength gains seem to be great, combined with the sust kicking in now and var next week hopefully.

John - At the moment I am on 250mg sust EOD, 120ml NPP eod and 75mg anavar ED with the arimidex .25 eod as well. Ive never used deca before this and its hard to compare it to tren, similair but not as quick to kick in or hard going.. no cough tho thank god.

Chest and tri's again.. ran out of NPP but have ordered some more, could have had by tomorrow if only I had got my finger out and sent the cash on monday, get away tomorrow now.

Bench - 8*100kg, 8*110kg, 7*120kg, 3*130kg, 1*135kg (well pleased with this progress)
Incline Bench - 8*40kg, 8*60kg, 8*70kg, 8*80kg (shoulder is definately nearly on the complete mend)
Pec Dek - 4 sets of 65kg 8 reps
Tri Push Downs - 8*80kg, 8*90kg, 5*100kg
Tri Pull downs - 4 sets at 92kg between 6 and 8 reps

60 situps and a poor 5 minutes on the cross trainer, legs cramped up straight away.

All in all progress is great. Might try 1 rep max's next week.

Right a NEW PB cleared today, 5kg on to my previous deadlift, think I could have done a (very) little more but I wasnt going to push it. I went for the 1 rep max here, just building up to it with single reps so back to the higher reps next week.

Deadlifts - 5*100kg, 1*150, 1*170, 1*190, *****210kg*****
Rows - 8*40kg, 8*80, 6*85, 4*90
Behind neck pull downs - 8*60kg, 8*80kg, 8*90kg, 4*100kg
Infront "" - 4 sets 0f 6 reps at 80kg
Hammer curls - 4 sets of 6 at 27.5kg each
cabl ecurls - 2 sets of 70kg and gave up, arms were bloody sore by now.

No sign of cardio today whatsoever, tbh my legs hurt walking to pick up the TV remote at the moment so fukc it.
