Deadlifted a comfortable 220kg today, it was a struggle last week, failed at 230 though. I need to equal my PB of 250 soon an dI think its a goer this time round.
1 night on the drink (and sniff :( ) again at the weekend so if I stick to that all is well!

I forgot how quickly I put waater weight on with gear, nearly a stone on already from the dbol alone! Drinking and pissing like a racehorse but its not helping much and the dreaded snoring has started already. My missus is going to kill me if I dont get it sorted!
