Legs tonight.. they must have been feeling neglected.

On a different note the acne has kicked in already on my shoulders grr but I feel so much more awake than I have felt all cycle.

Weight wise on cycle I stayed the same weight throughout despite putting on alot of strength, I think I look leaner in the mirror so in a week or so the pics will go up.

Squats - 6*100kg, 6*140, 4*160, 3*160
leg press - 8*120, 8*160, 8*200, 8*244
calf raises - 4 sets of 10 at 244kg

15 minutes on the bike and 10 minutes on the treadmill.

ALright alright calm down I was sure no one came in regularly. Well Ive been completely off i.e after PCT for 2 weeks. Ive drank every night for the las fortnight bar last night and was back in the gym today. Nothing too dramatic in terms of strength loss still got 2 reps at 130kg. Weight is roughly the same about 15.5 stone. Workout wasnt the best today though as my head is bursting.. I think its the comedown from all the beer and narcotics... tempted to go to the pub for one last session seeings as Im back to work tomorrow but ... we'll see.

Flat Bench - 6*100, 5*120, 2*130, 6*110
Incline - 6*60, 6*80, 6*90, 3*100
dips - 6*BW, 3 sets of 6 at BW+20
tri pulls - 4 sets of 6 at 85kg
tri push - same as above.
Cable Cross Overs - 8*30kg, 8*35kg, 8*40kg.

Hate to admit it but Im already planning the next cycle ..grrr .. who says its not adictive. Definately not planning on starting till march though but we'll see. If I make it till then I think it will make all the difference on the results of the cycle after taking a decent amount of time off.

Stick in there plug!!

What ever you do, Dont let temptation get you back on cycle sooner than you planned, you will be better for it in the long run

Lesson I have to learn myself, never get back on before initially planned!

Right Im working fooking miles away in Peterhead again for the whole week. Luckilly the hotel has whats loosely termed as a gym. So I did chest and tris last night but as it was all machines that only go to 100kg I had to employ some supersetting style methods using the chest press, pec deck and incline bench, also threw in tricep pressups (close handle grip press ups). Ran for 16 minutes and got up this morning at 7AM for another run and bike and plan on ding back bis and more running tonight. I would be losing weight if I didnt then have full breakfasts, steak dinners and pints of stella... ho hum

Right Im going cardio daft up here, mainly to combat the full english breakfast buffet every morning and 3 course meal at night. On the plus side I cant get my hands on any snacks once Iget up to my room.

Yesterday I did 16 minutes running and 10 on the bike in the morning then after the workout did another 14 minutes running and had a swim brillaint. I was in the gym again this morning at 7:30 and did 16 minutes on the eliptical trainer and 10 on the bike and I'll run tonight. Most cardio I have ever ever done.

Workout last night was back and bis, again had to use all machines but they had a good lat pulldown and bicep cable curl. Also used thier weighted row. Super setting again to make up for no free weights but a change is good.

Shoulders tonight and home tomorrow thank fukc, theres only so much 4 star dining a man can handle

Its sad isnt it, I need to guilt people in here lol. Well I only owe 90 quid out from last weekend which is a 60-70 quid save on usual but still disgusting. I havent taken any tonight.. yet... but a dealer owes me a G so that could well go tits up (he wishes). Im pratted tbh after spending at least 550 quid on it in 2 weeks over crimbo and new year. Makes me feel a little sick to think about it. Times must change.
